"Location is good. it's near to the airport.... staff is good...... outside there are no food d points... although they have some snacks and instant noodles at the reception u can buy.... there is a free shuttle to the airport but only up to 1pm. after that u have to pay 55000 IDR and they will drop u. there is not tooth brush and tooth paste. room is enough for a short stay and for one person. they will provide u breakfast for 50000 IDR but honestly I didn't like that. Rice was too salty and chicken was not cooked properly... I booked room with river view but it wasn't like that.... overall it was clean... WiFi was working well.... they provide wake up call...."

"I was looking remote AC to check the temperature and I didn't find it, I needed it because it was less cold in the room.
The pool is not really clean because I found wet wipes in the pool including breakfast time, the staff did not immediately clean the table, I called the staff to clean the table first.
So far it's still good, hopefully it will be better."

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Tangerang. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta Airport, though the actual distance isn't that far – the city lives up to its 'traffic jam city' nickname!
Check-in was quite convenient; just hand over your passport. A deposit is required, and they'll give you a receipt. The service was very welcoming, and it's a bonus that they offer smoking rooms.
The facilities are comprehensive, including a swimming pool and fitness center. Just be sure to check their operating hours.
There's a glass door on the ground floor that leads directly into the adjacent Tangerang City Mall, which really elevates the hotel's appeal.
Many airlines use this hotel for their crews. If you sit by the entrance for a bit, you'll see flight attendants from several different airlines, which is quite nice.
I booked early, so the value for money was absolutely fantastic.

GGuest UserThe hotels value for money as included breakfast. The room of the hotel is outdated but still clean overall. Just the floor is a bit dusty. However the lobby area is clean. The breakfast menu is sufficient for the price such as rice, bakso, flat rice noodle, fried rice, lontong, omelette, crackers, chicken, vegetables, spaghetti, donut , bread ,cereals, coffee, teas, fresh milk, soursop juice.

BbeambjbyThe staff were all friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Cons:
There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead.
However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall.

GGuest UserLobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon.
Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed.
The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement
