The hotel is a bit far from Zhengjue Pagoda, and the transportation is not very convenient. I had a fever at night, so I called the hotel and asked the hotel to lend me a thermometer. Then after a while, he sent someone to bring a pair of pliers to me. I was speechless. It is very expensive to hire a taxi from the hotel to the train station, 1700rs+. If you have enough budget, I recommend going to the newly opened Hyatt. I stayed there for two days and was very satisfied. The food is better than here.

Very Good
Warning. This is a two star hotel masquerading as a four star. I have no idea why this is rated so highly. This is also not a new hotel. It looks very old, tired and shabby. I booked three nights. First room was 2 twin beds (solo traveller), a view from the window of a wall, no safe in the room. The scuff marks on the wall, definitely needed a paint job. Just didn’t have a good feeling. I informed the staff I would be checking out and I would pay them for that evening, but would be going elsewhere. They showed me a larger room with a king size bed, safe in the room, one of which was broken, but it did have a view. Unfortunately, the room was that much closer to where the hotel was hosting a wedding. After returning from dinner, the music from the wedding was so loud. I realize that there was no way to sleep through that. So once again, I informed them I would be checking out. They showed me a third room. A suite with a separate living room on the other side of the building, suggesting that it would be quieter. It was not. I’m a little puzzled why I was not given a room at the very beginning that was on a quieter side of a hotel in their opinion. The staff encountered in this ordeal, were very polite and seemed very determined to find a solution. Almost to the point of begging me to stay. Sometimes with all the goodwill in the world you can’t change reality. This is my first negative experience in India in the 11 days I’ve been here. It’s unfortunate that it had to happen in the land of enlightenment. I tried to negotiate full refund, but they insisted I pay the one night which I did and moved to Hyatt place. You get what you pay for.
Best location if you want to visit mahabodhi temple. Stayed 4 nights here in the executive room which is big and spacious .it has a restaurant and they provide vey tasty food. I would recommend this hotel to other tourists. They have a gift shop with many handcrafted products .Best shop if you want a exclusive souvenir for any of your friends & families. The only thing is the property is in thw restricted area so in order to get an smooth check-in one must contact the property before arrival as entry pass is required.
GGuest UserHotel was excellent, clean and well prepared for serving. I booked a deluxe room 1 hr before check in and they upgraded it while check in without any extra cost. Food was excellent and price are also reasonable. hotel has ample amount of parking space. Hotel staff are properly trained and well behaved. Included breakfast are also nice and tasy. hotel is bit to fat from other visiting places but view from the hotel is awesome at the time of morning 🌄.
GGuest UserI thought it was a good place for my mom to travel alone! I could talk via facebook message, there is a restaurant nearby, and I talked about it.
There was a bit of a disturbance because of the payment, but if you just go and pay, the amount paid by the card will be canceled immediately! I was ignored because I was Korean elsewhere.
