"I had a pleasant stay at Cinnamon Bay Beruwala. The positive aspects include excellent service, starting from the warm welcome with a towel and juice at check-in, continuing throughout our stay until check-out. All the staff were friendly, kids activity center is a plus and the surroundings were very spacious and pleasant. The rooms were good, and I would definitely recommend their service, giving it a double thumbs up.
On the downside, the reading light was broken, there were no bathroom slippers or robes, and the shampoo, lotion, and conditioner bottles were made of ceramic. If these ceramic bottles break, they could cause injury. I suggest that the hotel switch to safer materials for these items.
Overall, I would rate our stay 3.8 out of 5. We really enjoyed our time there. If you're looking for excellent service in Beruwala, don't hesitate to book this hotel."
