This should be the best hotel in the medina of Fez. It is worthy of being a Relais & Chateaux hotel. The French pay great attention to details. The entire hotel, including the rooms and restaurants, is very well designed! The supplies and food varieties are also online! The stay experience is great!

The Riad is very very nice and closed to the main gate so you cannot get lost trying to to find it. The staff is super nice and the room perfectly clean. I stayed in a solitaire ai gle room with aingle bed. Ia very small but has anything and the most important is clean. The breakfast is very good and the whole Riad very nice. Highly recommended!

Mohamed was very accomodating and pleasant to talk to. He was very kind to give us the map and gave tips on how we can get around the medina. Breakfast was superb, too! Best stay in Morocco!

The hotel is very well located in the new part of town. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very clean. There's a pleasant terrace on the 4th floor. The food is decent, as is the breakfast. The only downside is that the room doors should be soundproofed, as noise from the common areas is bothersome. There was no noise from neighboring rooms. Overall, a very good experience; I will definitely return to this hotel.

A private and beautiful hotel outside the Medina, Hotel Sahrai is a good choice for travellers looking to reside outside the hustle and bustle of the old city. The amenities provided were top class though the breakfast selection and dinner quality could be improved upon. The hotel sits on top of a hill and the rooftop provides a beautiful view of the old medina and Jewish quarters. This is a good choice if you have a lot of luggage as cars are not allowed to drop you in Riads inside the Medina.
