"The stay at the Altin Yunus Hotel was great! The location right by the sea offers a wonderful view, and the hotel grounds are well-kept and beautifully designed. The breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant were varied and delicious, with lots of fresh and regional dishes. The staff were also always friendly and helpful. Overall, a relaxing stay - I would go back anytime."

GGuest UserFrom the instant I checked in at Biblos Resort, the service was exceptional. Following a lengthy day of travel, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had been upgraded to a spacious room with a swim-up pool – this was the highlight of my stay. The accommodation was impeccably designed and spotlessly clean, providing a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff's genuine friendliness and outstanding service truly capped off my experience. Will definitely be my preferred place to stay when I’m back in Alacati.

Единственное, что можно было бы улучшить - варианты приготовления яиц на завтрак. Завтрак достаточный, сытный, но из яиц приносят только одно вареное. Остальное, я так понимаю, за доп плату.

ZZhiqiuhaoyunThe location of the hotel is a bit north, a little bit off. The room is very large and the decoration style is very simple. The color is also very Nordic.
On the cliffs by the sea, there is an elevator to go down to the beach, there are beach chairs on the dam on the beach, there are beach lounge chairs under the cliffs, and there is also a swimming pool in the yard.
There is a SPA on the first floor, the technicians are all from Thailand, and they get off work very early.

SStockerStayed for a weekend. The Hotel is quite new and has a very nice private beach access. Most of the guest have all inclusive wristbands, but i wasn't offered any all inclusive deal. One waiter at the Lobby Bar was treating us very unfriendly and accused us of stealing drinks, although we told him that we were only booked with breakfast. Also he tried to give us a wrong bill first with totally wrong amount of drinks and shouted at us that we have to pay. so Service i give just 1 star because of the bald agressive barkeeper at lobby bar. On the whole weekend that one guy ruined our mood.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Genesis Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The entire hotel was spotless, and all facilities were in excellent condition. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts, and the gym was surprisingly well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with our workouts.
Overall, Genesis is a small, cozy, and very well-managed hotel. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend it with complete confidence. 100% recommended.

AAnonymous UserOverall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good.
There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him.
Some cons and things to take note of:
1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion.
2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue.
3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay.
4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.
