AAnonymous UserEverything was superb! The hotel is new, clean, and located on a quiet street. It's literally a 5-minute walk to the lively center and the promenade. There's also a Migros supermarket nearby. The breakfast was excellent, Turkish style, plus scrambled eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice. The beds and pillows were perfect, and all necessary toiletries were provided. There's a heated pool. We had a family room with a balcony, and it was lovely sitting there and enjoying the mountain views. I definitely recommend it!

GGuest UserAt the side of the hotel, the caulous king's graves appear. The environment is very good. Greens and trees bar. The pool bar and restaurant are great. I wish we could have found the refrigerator and the heating heating for the bathroom in our first attempt. We had to enter the cleaning mode to find the chalet of the chat. I called the reception for this or other needs at midnight. But despite all these negatives, it's a clean, regular and very pleasant place. I'll go again.

Ttimmocooper4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work. I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed. Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied). My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area. That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept. The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail. It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest. I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.
