Spa hotels in Anaheim

"Didn't use the hotel so much, been only to the bed and Disneyland. The handle of the toilet was loose and there was missing conditioner. I asked it to be fixed and they did pretty fast. But. The handle has been better but not 100%, and they didn't replace the bottle, only gave me new and left the old one. It's also a problem when the soap bottles are locked. Also reception didn't understand properly the problem I had with the deposit with my card. Paid a lot and asked for less. Room itself was good"

"Due to our travel schedule, we were arriving quite late, so I emailed the hotel beforehand to ask if a late check-in was possible. They quickly replied and confirmed that they would reserve the rooms for us. The hotel's location is excellent, only about a 10-minute walk to Disneyland, and there are many 24-hour restaurants nearby. We booked two double rooms, and the hotel assigned us high-floor rooms with balconies. The view was pleasant, overlooking the inner garden swimming pool. It's a bit of a shame it wasn't facing Disneyland; otherwise, we might have been able to watch the Disneyland night fireworks show directly from the balcony. The room amenities were very new and clean. As for issues, only one of the double rooms had slippers (but only one pair), while the other room had none. Additionally, one room had two bottles of shampoo but no shower gel. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I highly recommend it if you're visiting Disneyland."

"We enjoyed our stay here for 2 days, everything met our expectations. Easy convenience to a gas station right next store and close by the Park. Continental breakfast for Customers Only down play we had was the waffle maker took forever to cook which could cause delays for you. Other than that Great Stay!!!!"

"Great location, about a 15-minute walk to the Disneyland main entrance. The room was very clean with two comfortable double beds. The bathroom was spacious, and the sink area was outside, which was super convenient for four people so we didn't have to fight over it. There was only one desk, which wasn't enough for four people, but that's pretty standard for hotels. There's also a pool, but unfortunately, we were too busy this time to use it. Overall, we had a really good experience, especially thanks to the very polite staff who checked us in. They even told us we could check in early if we signed up for a membership. Thank you!"

"It was within walking distance of the park, which made it easy for a group to use! Going back and forth between the park and the hotel is a bit of a hassle, but for those who don't plan on returning to the hotel, it's a great location. There are also shops nearby that are open late at night, which is very convenient, and overall, it was a hotel with excellent cost performance!"

"Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!"

"The location is excellent. There's a bus stop nearby, making bus travel from Anaheim Station easy. To get to Disneyland from the hotel, you can use the shuttle bus from Toy Story Parking. It's about a 7-8 minute walk. Amenities are limited to shampoo, conditioner, soap, and coffee drinks next to the coffee maker. Coffee is available in the lobby. You're given bottled water in a paper bag at check-in, but there aren't enough for everyone, so you can get more. There's no water dispenser. The laundry machine costs $4 for a wash and dry cycle, and you need to insert 25-cent coins (you can get change at the front desk). There are three washing machines and four dryers. If you want to dry your clothes for longer, you can add more coins to extend the drying time (it's usually around 45 minutes). There's a 7-Eleven across the street. The shower water pressure is very weak. I stayed for two nights, but there was no towel change, trash collection, or bed making. At check-in, the front desk explained that you can ask for any extra towels you need."

"The hotel is within easy walking distance of Disneyland, with very welcoming staff and a clean, functional room. The only disappointment was the opening and closing times of the laundry room, which are completely unsuited to Disneyland Park hours, making the service unusable. It's a shame because this was a primary factor for me."
