The Apartment Tanja Oldtown is located in the old part of Split in a stone house only 10 minutes walk from Diocletian's Palace, and 5 minutes walk from the outdoor market which is located right next to the east wall of the Palace. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Riva promenade, and 20 minutes walk from the Bačvice sand beach and all the main traffic checkpoints. The apartment is situated on the ground level of the family house and there are no steps. However it is duplex and upper room is accessible by inside stairs. Apartment contains 1 bedroom, kitchen with living room and bathroom. It is ideal for 2-3 person's. Two persons can sleep in the bedroom and one can sleep on the sofa which can be converted to a comfortable bed The apartment has recently been completely renovated. We equipped apartment with Grunding smart 4 K tv with Netflix , amazon, you tube and similar application to use. Please log out from all accounts you opened before check out ( Netflix ,amazon,etc), as we are not responsible to future guest activity on your accounts Please don't enter in the tv menu and don't change any settings. Apartment is completely smoke free and smoking inside is strictly forbidden. There is common space outside where smoking is permitted. Heating has been built-in in room, kitchen , living room and the bathroom and it is perfect for winter staying. Guests have access to the entire apartment together with the front garden. The front garden, however, is not private as it is shared with people who live in that same complex. I love to met people from all around the world. There is self check in system and guests have all confort to arrive at any time they wish.
