Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff. The hotel has a parking lot. A bit far from the old city center.

It was far from downtown due to parking issues. There was no elevator..But they helped me move it.. The mart was just 5 minutes away, which was nice.

Business trip. Hotel found by chance. What struck me most was the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff. Excellent cleaning. The restaurant is excellent.

Me and my 2. brothers stayed there for 2 nigts night in Hotel As. Very lovely and friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately no lift. No kettle in room but tea, coffee available in lounge and very reasonably priced. Room decor was very dark, could be brighter. Bathroom was reasonable size. Worst thing was the very narrow beds. Comfortable but child size.

Nice and simple hotel located 5 minutes far from the very center of the city,by car. Staff was very nice and ready to help. The room was clean and equipped with a minibar and hairdryer. Delicious breakfast,would have been nice to have espresso from the bar,included in the price. The hotel offers a transfer to the airport. There is no elevator,even though the buildings has got only 2 floors.

First of all, the hotel is poorly located, and that cannot be remedied. An industrial suburb from which you cannot walk to Split. The welcome is impersonal, the comfort mediocre. Arts et Vie cultural travel groups seem to be condemned to stay there, given some older reviews...

We like breakfast. Despite being about 2 km away from Old Town, we had no problem walking there. We think it's great to leave the car at the hotel and not have to worry about parking, especially in high season when everything is full. The room we stayed in was not very spacious and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The bathroom stall was also very small.

Splendid stay. Clean hotel located close to all amenities, despite being located in an industrial area, but very close to the city. (hypermarket, restaurants, bars, buses are nearby (5 mins). The hotel offers a catering service also. Good breakfast, and welcoming and very professional and friendly staff. A big thank you to Ivona who allowed me to organize my stay to perfection with her precious advice. Cleaning done daily, with change of towels. Small flat, toiletries are only given every 2 days. 20 minutes from the old town and 30 minutes from the beach. Uber is possible (cheap) if you don't like walking, however walking. makes you discover all the facets of this beautiful city. If I go back it's in this hotel.
