Hotels in Brisbane CBD, Spring Hill

My son and I came down to Brisbane for a theatre weekend and some shopping. The location was fantastic, really close to Queens Street Mall. The cleanliness of our hotel was brilliant, nothing to fault. The staff were fabulous and really did their best to keep us happy. The only thing that could be improved would be bottles of water and more amenities, such as toothbrush, shaving kit, tubes of cream and possibly a mini bar. The overnight menu could be improved upon too.

Location: The location is superb. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Botanic Gardens, 10 minutes to the bustling city center (including City Hall and Queen Street), and South Bank Park is also just a little over ten minutes away. Facilities: The facilities were average. The kitchen equipment was just passable. The room received no sunlight and directly faced another building, offering zero privacy. The bedding was old, and the bathroom was small. All in all, quite unsatisfactory. Service: Service was mostly self-service, which would have been acceptable, but there was no hand soap or trash bags provided in the room – we had to go to the front desk to request them. We were also told that check-out was strictly at 10 AM, which felt quite unreasonable, especially since no one even questioned us when we eventually checked out at 11 AM.

Great location. Walking distance to public transport, restaurants and shops. Coffee club attached was very handy,

The YHA in Brisbane is my favorite in Brisbane. The rooms are clean and big enough (4share), in a convenient location close to the center - and it has a nice rooftop terrace with regular events such as Mario cart night (see pictures) Only downside for me was that there was a working holiday makers, charging a huge, loudly whirring e-bike battery in the room.

Overall very pleasant experience. Clean and well prepared rooms. Enough space to place the luggages. Staff members are very polite and helpful. A king sized bed was mistakenly placed for us when we requested 2 regular sized beds. The staff offered to send in a bed as a compromise for one night, and the man who brought the bed to our room was very polite and careful. The location is also close to a bunch of spots and food courts, making it an excellent choice to stay at for multiple days.

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and cozy, and the location was fantastic for dining, shopping, and getting around. It was surprisingly quiet with virtually no noise, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Unfortunately, the price for the second night increased significantly, forcing me to switch hotels. Despite that, I would absolutely consider staying here again!

Location is quite convenient as it is close to Queen Plaza, Queen Street Mall, and the bus station. The staff is friendly and supportive. Check-in and check-out are fast and efficient. Room clean up is very sloppy, such as putting the public towel over mine. Despite the twin bed room size being adequate, only one chair is provided.

I remember that I had a very good impression of this hotel when I stayed there for the first time last month, but this time it seemed to echo my premonition of human destiny. There is a light in the kitchen that can be on or off as it pleases, and the washing machine has a lot of foam without adding detergent. After I cleaned it, it can be rinsed clean without detergent. I have created a miracle to have the best of both worlds. What I can't stand is that the wifi always drops out at will, forcing me to go out in the rain to use the internet to post reviews

Very satisfied stay, the room was large and the view from the window was beautiful It arrived at 12 o'clock on the day of check-in, but it was necessary to check in at 2 o'clock. Four of us booked two rooms. The front desk also gave us a room. From the hotel, walk to Queen Street for about 15 minutes. The opposite side of the hotel is the cruise ship pier. From here you can take a boat to Longbai Zoo If next time, definitely stay again

We booked this hotel for 8 nights, 1 bedroom apartment with a living room and balcony, kitchen with stove and fridge, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The location is so convenient, in the centre of the city, walking distances to ******, riverside, botanic garden, shopping malls, bus and train station. Excellent!! Highly recommended!!
