"Hotel is like new. Great location and walking distance to MSU. I like the breakfast and 24/7 coffee station."

"Good modern hotel in a good location virtually on the corner of Glenstone and East Sunshine. Plenty of food outlets nearby as well as a Hy-Vee and Walmart. Didn’t use the gym facilities, but had a look - very basic, but okay for fitness maintenance.  Basic food (Burgers etc) available to purchase at the hotel, if you can’t be bothered to venture outside.  Free coffee available in the lobby or in your room. I have deducted on star because they didn’t reply to two emails that I sent to them before I checked in. I suggest they train their staff to respond or check their emails (the final email address was their gmail address), so they can respond. I would stay here again."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. I especially appreciated Patty making lots of delicious crispy bacon and going above and beyond brightening our mornings. Patty made sure the buffet was well stocked and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Paige at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we were attempting to extend our stay and help that process to go smoothly. Dionne made sure our stay went smoothly."

"Staff was wonderful. Hotel was clean. Bed was very comfortable, especially their pillows. They allow pets so next time we may even travel with our pup :). They have a pool. It looked fun and clean, but we didn’t swim. For breakfast I had a bagel and cream cheese with coffee. My husband had biscuits n gravy, sausage links, and coffee. It was very tasty. They also offered cereal, toast, muffins, juice, I’m not even sure what else. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Service: Very good service, warm and thoughtful reception Hygiene: Clean and tidy The hotel has a bus to and from the airport every half an hour, free of charge, but tips are still necessary. Free breakfast, and there is a restaurant on the first floor open to the public. In short, it is very convenient and a very good stay experience! 👍👍👍"
