They book rooms in the name of Lake view and charge extra amount but only top floor has Lake view out of the 4... ,....We spent 4 nights here and for 2 days geyser was not working.. Food was average, manager was non-cooperative...............

Our stay at this Kashmir Holiday Resort was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all expectations. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views that we’ll never forget. 🏔️✨ The food was delicious and a true highlight of our stay! Every meal was prepared with care and authenticity, offering a variety of flavours that made dining an experience in itself. It was nice stay near very beautiful view of dal lake Staff was also good helping Food is also good Nice garden very beautiful flower and outdoor seating Room is clean housekeeping staff is really good A café on second floor is a beuty of the resort Overall we enjoy nice stay

We booked a family room and a garden view room which were both spacious and clean. The staff were incredibly patient and service was excellent - the reception staff and the dining staff were especially excellent and accommodating, making us early breakfast and providing us everything we need. The food was particularly excellent, and they made us Jain food without onion and garlic!! The area is also beautiful and the garden area was nice to sit in! Overall beautiful hotel and excellent service and would 100% recommend!!! The lights did go a few times however the charging ports, water and light remained on due to generator - felt very safe and happy here!!

Clean, cute hotel with spacious rooms and nice interiors. The service is a little slow in the cafeteria, but the quality of the food is good. It is located away from the hustle of the city, but dal lake is still very accessible after a short walk. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit. The place also has AC, which is unfortunately needed even in Srinagar in the summers.
