It was very wonderful. Stay with the Sara Rai staff is very good. They have taken care very well of our stay and given the proper information about the local visiting places which helped us a lot. Rooms are very beautiful. Food is very tasty and special. Thanks to the reception team.

We stayed at The Sarai for 3 nights in March 2025 and were amazed by their hospitality. It's a wonderful property, really quite and away from all the hustle of the city. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and polite, ready to help us anytime. Food was amazing. They have a huge spread be it breakfast or dinner with lots of delicious food. Special mention for the staff who arranged Kashmiri Noon Chai and Tsot just for me. We had been coordinating with their GM, Mr.Thakur from the beginning. Such a wonderful person, a perfect example of a leader, no wonder his team is so amazing. I highly recommend The Sarai, for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday.

Never rate 5 as nowhere is perfect. The area is a bit restricted for Europeans but overall the hotel & grounds are very nice. The housekeeping is up to standard & the team of Mr. Safad very helpful. The restaurant staff are also very helpful especially Ishraq. All the hotel staff are very polite, friendly & respectful.

Room is good with all amneties problem is it is very far from dal lake no activity in hotel u get bored food is good staff cooperative book if u want to just relax and do nothing else

The hotel’s location was also perfect—conveniently close to major attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my stay here exceeded all expectations. The combination of excellent service, luxurious accommodations, and great amenities made it a truly memorable experience.
