I thought it would be good if it looked just like the photo, but when I arrived, I was beyond my expectation. The decoration was of antique and old-fashioned design. I liked it very much! I decisively renewed my lease for two days. The boss and lady are local and don't know much about online things, but they are very welcoming and feel like a farmhouse! The boss is warm and hospitable! The lady boss is kind-hearted! The cooking is delicious! From now on, when I go back to Wudang Mountain, this is his home! Very happy stay experience! 😄

The room is very nice, clean, and strategically located in the town - shops and restaurants all around, close to the pedestrian street. That's all great. The only issue (and it's a huge one) is that there's no staff on site. You need to call them upon arrival, which I did. Unfortunately, they just dropped my call and ignored me, leaving me standing at the entrance with no one coming. I actually had to contact Trip.com support to get them to reach the hotel so I could access my room. The lady who eventually came was very nice and friendly. Nevertheless, if I have to call the platform's customer service just to check in, that's a massive failure of the most basic service on the hotel's part.

We had a wonderful stay at Wudang Mountain Yiheju! Our room was very convienient and comfortable, but the best were the owners. They were friendly, polite and very helpful. As it was our first time in China, we had some difficulties. They helped us with a good mood to solve various problems. They were very helpful! The cuisine was excellent, with a variety of Chinese recipes and very high quality. Overall, for the 16 nights we stayed, people did everything to make us feel comfortable and acclimatized. We highly recommend Wudang Mountain Yiheju! A truly wonderful hidden gem of a guesthouse. The owner was incredibly welcoming. We drove from Xi'an and arrived at the guesthouse at 6 PM, ready to climb Wudang Mountain early the next morning. Staying here was perfect, as it's very close to the scenic area entrance. In the evening, we watched ”Wudang Dream,” a truly breathtaking and worthwhile experience. The next morning, we climbed the mountain, from Nanyan to the Golden Summit. Then we took the cable car down and explored Taizipo. It was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Wudang Mountain. The courtyard is lovely and very clean. They offer a variety of room types to choose from.

I have a special affection for Wudang Mountain, so I visit a few times every year. The first time I went, I was called over by the proprietress of this place, and I found her to be very friendly. This year, their rooms have been redecorated. I originally wanted to book a king room this time, but only a standard twin room was available. This room is a bit small, but it looks neat and beautiful, especially the small balcony at the entrance with a few characters displayed – I really liked it! When I left, because my suitcase was too big, she even helped me carry it to the car and gave me a small gift. I'll probably be a regular customer here from now on! Thank you!

Yuannong Houdan is a good basic hotel with a nice aesthetic on the main Wudangshan street. The rooms come in various sizes, but even the basic room is big enough. The hotel clean, but you may have to ask them to clean your room. I didn't try the food, as I ate with my friends elsewhere, but it seems good. If you want a budget place, I would definitely recommend it. Bear in mind that, as with most places in Wudangshan, you may not be able to find English speakers there.

The location is very convenient, close to Yuxu Palace and the museum, and the surrounding area is not noisy. Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, the windows cannot be closed, and the window screens are useless when they are barely closed. The air conditioner rumbles like a tractor all night, and the air outlet is broken. It blows towards the bed, which makes your mouth dry. Several rooms are like this. Hygiene: The bathroom may have just been cleaned, it is full of water. As soon as you enter, the whole room smells of betel nut. Service: Checked in at night, came on the second day of the Chinese New Year, maybe there were too many people, and there was no room to change. The front desk said to find someone to repair the window, but it didn't come. Even more bottles of water were not given.
