Members have room upgrade rights. After communicating with the small butler, the hotel will upgrade, but the upgraded sea view room does not have a balcony (the room description and display have a balcony). The room size is right, clean and tidy. Staying for one night was not bad.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! We had a cinema twin room, and the beds were incredibly comfortable – I didn't want to get out of them. The smart Xiao Du speaker controlled the lights and curtains, which felt very high-tech. The huge windows let in so much natural light; it was super bright during the day without even needing the lights on. The sofa was also really big and comfy, and we could cast movies to the screen. Plus, the membership for the movies was free – what a great deal! I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

But unfortunately, the apartment was completely unprepared for guests. It hadn't been used in months, judging by the amount of cobwebs. Everything was incredibly dirty, especially the sinks and faucets, and there were tons of strange dark hairs on the floor. The shower drain was literally clumps of dirt. The kitchen cabinets were completely covered in dust, grease, and crumbs. No one from the cleaning service had looked in there for years. Almost all the cookware was unusable, rusty or sooty. It was obvious the room hadn't been cleaned at all after the previous guests. But the worst thing was the cockroaches, big, scary ones. When my daughter saw them up close, she refused to go back into the apartment. We started looking for another hotel in the middle of the night, but then agreed that everything would be cleaned thoroughly the next day. In the meantime, I removed spiders and webs, cockroaches, and wiped down the surfaces so my daughter could come in. The next day, they cleaned up a bit. The sinks were cleaner. They didn't remove all the hair from the shower drain, but there was still hair on the floor and furniture. In the end, we couldn't even take a shower; it was just unpleasant. We washed by the pool. Maybe this is customary and normal in this region, but we live in a different country and are completely unaccustomed to this. Also, we don't travel with our own cutlery, so we weren't aware that we wouldn't have any, which was inconvenient. Other things: It's about a 5-minute walk to the road where you can get in your car. Good playgrounds. Nice pool. Opens at 12:00, maybe earlier. It costs 10 yuan, plus 10 yuan for a swimming cap. Circles are 5 yuan. Beautiful, well-maintained grounds. A lovely, friendly hotelier who went out of her way to help us. As you exit the complex onto the main road, cafes and shops begin on the left and continue all the way to 1st Island. It's a 10-minute drive to 1st Island. Electric cars aren't allowed there, so don't try to catch them. The water park is open. It's very good, and we especially enjoyed the fireworks and the huge wave in the pool in the evening. The movie town is beautiful, but most of it is closed.

Hearing that we came here for the reputation of Ocean Flower Island, the boss specially upgraded us to a sea view room with a good view.
