Service: In 2026, 3.13 call the front desk in the afternoon to book the room for 3.15 check-in 3.17 check-out. The woman at the front desk is toxic. The deposit cannot be reserved for the designated room. The order is placed online at around 19:00 on the same day and paid. After 3.15 arrived at the store to check in, the front desk arranged a There was a smell (similar to the smell of smoke ＋ fox smell) and then I couldn't stand it and went downstairs to ask the front desk to change rooms. The woman at the front desk said that the room was fine as if she couldn't understand people. I would like to ask if you smell it? You are a front desk, do your job well, the customer's request to try your best to meet the customer's needs, not like a second dumpling will put the bar, you are so bull, why don't you go to the construction site to move bricks and steel bars? (Except for the human-machine-like front desk, other aspects of service can be) Hygiene: Hygiene said in the past, after all, every time I go to Hebi, the first choice is this hotel. Environment: It is very convenient to travel or eat, drink and play around the hotel. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel. It is very convenient. There are also restaurants nearby. ＆ KTV. The nearest supermarket is just two intersections away. Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped, with disposable towels, which is very convenient and hygienic Focus! ! ! I was tired from the train in the middle of the night on 2026.3.14 about 22. The next morning, I rushed to the hotel in the middle of the night. After arriving at the hotel at around 9 am on the 3.15, I was asked to change rooms and was yin and yang at the front desk. Although I rarely go to Hebi, every time I go, I will give priority to your home. I haven't stayed in the hotel once or twice and never gave a bad review. As a customer with a high degree of recognition of Zhongzhou Holiday (Xinghe Street Store), I really can't understand the trouble your store caused me during my trip! The front desk can't open it, and it's replaced. It's also a stone salt pure idle mill. What does the guy who doesn't take the money want her to do? I hope that the senior management of your store can see my evaluation of the hotel this time and make rectification measures. I hope that this situation will not happen again next time. If you have any questions, you can contact me.
