2-Star Hotels in Helan

Stayed at this hotel many times on business trips, and every experience was very good. The room service responded very quickly. I wanted to drink hot water in the middle of the night. I sent it shortly after I called. The desks and chairs in the room are very comfortable, the internet speed is fast, and the processing efficiency is super high. The surrounding environment is very quiet, although it is in the city but not noisy, the rest is particularly good, has been included in my list of business trips.

The aunt is very gentle, everything else is OK, but there are still some problems: the faucet in the bathroom is bad, I sprayed it all over me as soon as I turned it on, it must be very small to use; no disposable slippers service; no hair dryer, etc.

There is a parking lot, the sheets are very clean, the air conditioning is very powerful, the front desk attitude is very good, the small unit price is affordable, and I will come to Helan for a business trip and stay at the Yellow River Hotel.

The service attitude of the hotel can be described as ”warm and thoughtful, meticulous”. The staff always smile and take the initiative to help, making people feel at home. Whether answering questions or providing services, they are professional and patient, making people feel extremely comfortable.

The place is very easy to find, the room is big enough, the heating is sufficient, you can wear short sleeves directly, and the bedding is clean and refreshing. The only thing that was touched was that the front desk specially helped me adjust the room orientation, and the shower gel smelled good.

I came here four years ago. The conditions were not so good at that time, but the environment was really suitable for escaping from the city. The chicken stewed with mushrooms and mushroom noodles are must-try. There is no extra seasoning and the original taste of the food is restored. The room is very comfortable, with a small courtyard where you can enjoy the view and drink tea. The smart toilet and curtain control are very pleasing. The service staff here are very enthusiastic, and the fruit I bought was specially cut for me. I didn't have time to have breakfast in the morning, so they packed it up for me. The beef was not a new-tech food, so the overall evaluation was very good. Service: Good Environment: Good

At this price, this facility and service are really worth it, and I will definitely come to live next time I travel, windows, independent toilets, independent water dispensers in the room, free flushing water, blowing extensions, etc., everything, good 👌
