Walking along the river in the morning is particularly comfortable, and you can also see the villagers leisurely herding cattle and sheep, full of a strong atmosphere of rural life, quiet and healing. The room is clean and tidy, cleaned up very carefully, comfortable and safe to live, the overall environment is also very good, the air is fresh, it is very suitable for slowing down and feeling local life. The owner of the homestay is very enthusiastic, very bold and generous from the Northeast, and sincere, just like returning to a friend's house as a guest, it makes people feel very kind. The most surprising thing is that breakfast is not prepared in advance, but is cooked and eaten, and served on the table hotly. Many ingredients are vegetables grown by the boss himself. They are fresh and healthy, simple but especially delicious. They can be full of home-cooked taste and care. Not only has beautiful border scenery, but also simple human touch. If you want to feel the real life on the Heilongjiang River and experience the slow pace and natural scenery, it is definitely worth living here. I am very happy to choose here, and I have left a very good memory for this journey. I will definitely come again next time I have a chance.

I booked two rooms with my elderly parents and children and was quite satisfied. The beds were very comfortable and I had a great rest. It's very close to the Maolangou Scenic Area, and the government recently introduced coupons for accommodation. Before we left, the owner gave the children a lesson about agate and gave them several souvenirs, saving them from having to pick them up themselves. The only downside was the poor ventilation in the bathroom.

It is very close to Heilongjiang, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset, you can pick up onyx on the riverside, and it is also very close to Jiayin's only night market street. The room has two 1.8-meter beds, very spacious and comfortable, the sheets and quilts are very clean, and the house is not damp. TV, toilet, shower are smart, you can cast screen on the TV with your mobile phone. The places recommended by the boss are very good, good quality and cheap.

I came to Jiayin to travel and saw several hotels. Finally, I saw that the evaluation of this one was not bad. After I checked in, the boss was really enthusiastic. He also upgraded our room. Facing the riverside park, the room was large and the door was the riverside park. The hot water for bathing is also very sufficient, and the price/performance ratio of May 1st is very high! Except that it is too early in the morning and the window is too light, everything else is very good 👍

新開的民宿，環境衞生是ok的，位置也可以，離江邊不是很遠。太新了有點小瑕疵，洗漱台的設定有點彆扭，主要是旁邊的小窗户沒有窗簾，導致屋裡的大落地窗的遮光窗簾有點失效～床品很舒服，空間也不小，總體上還不錯。

The boss and his wife are very patient, helping with luggage and recommending fun places. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I recommend the steamed stuffed buns with vegetarian fillings, which are especially delicious. I forgot to take a picture of the room, so I will give you a picture of the sunrise in the morning. The sunrise is beautiful. The only drawback is that the suite is two separate rooms, so it is not convenient for the children to play together. The stray cats fed by the landlady are very cute and clingy. Overall I am very satisfied and will stay here again next time.

The proprietress is very enthusiastic. If you have any needs, you can help solve it. I live in the cabin with no windows at the front desk. I have to wash a lot of clothes every day with my children. The proprietress helps to dry it downstairs. After drying, I can take it back to the house. I can wash and dry my clothes when I travel. It is too important for me.😂 Otherwise, every day is a bunch of tide clothes, spread in the car 🤣 I also saw other rooms with windows, really clean, and fragrant. At first glance, the proprietress is a clean person. If you have friends in the future, I recommend them to come here. It’s close to the night market, and it’s not as noisy as the night market. Downstairs is the supermarket, there is a pharmacy not far from the opposite road, there is a gas station and car repair next to it, Jiayin is not big, but self-driving travel is very friendly
