The hotel environment was excellent. After we placed our order, the front desk proactively contacted us, providing the exact location and sending a driving guide video. Upon arrival, a young man was there to guide us to parking, help with our luggage, and escort us upstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with a charmingly child-friendly design, and they even provided disposable toilet seat covers – a thoughtful touch that our child loved. The room was completely odor-free, and we slept soundly through the night. The hotel also helped us with the hot spring resort tickets. Overall, a fantastic experience! We even got to drink tea brewed by the owner himself.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is superb, less than a kilometer from the train station, making transportation very convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip!

It is a good hotel for the price. First room smelled of cigarettes, second was ok. Location is great. Staff is nice too.

The hotel was very cold and dark. The carpet was completely filthy and stained, and the sheets of one bed did not appear to have been changed. There were some things broken in the room, such as the window lock. The worst thing was that the room stank of ste smoke. After staying one night, all our clothes and belongings also stank like this. Staff were nice enough. Breakfast was limited, but very few people were staying so this is understandable.
