10幾天的行程 從廣西一昆明-大理-麗江-芒市回程經祿豐，先不説酒店設施，洗手間沐浴時沒有間隔，住了10多天的酒店，這家前台服務是最差的一個（全程黑臉，沒有半絲熱情，回答問題很生硬，毫無人情味可言，如：請問一下這邊有什麼好玩的嗎？直接回應：這裏沒有地方玩😅 直接無語！不敢再問了！雖然沒有任何沖突發生，但這個前台接待，簡直是旅途上選擇訂酒店的敗筆！
比起，我在芒市和昆明大理麗江住的酒店，老闆和店員都是很熱情的，幫拿行李，介紹景點，而且連買小吃的時候，也是笑臉相迎！
這個酒店不會再訂😂😂😂
衞生感覺一般！

酒店服務非常好，交通方便，酒店內設施齊全，早餐營養搭配合適，如果早餐花樣多一些就更好了。我下次還準備入住。

酒店整體環境還可以，早餐有點簡單也可以接受，就是前台服務太差了，拉低了整個酒店的檔次，最關鍵的是遇到事情沒有人解決，投訴也沒有渠道……
