GGuest UserThis is a wonderful guesthouse, clean, tidy, and warmly decorated. They offer a pick-up service from the station; we arrived at Jiuhuashan Station around 9 PM, and the owner personally picked us up. The guesthouse's exterior resembles a small villa nestled in the mountains. The owners are incredibly hospitable and kind, providing thoughtful care and even giving us a small gift: a phone stand. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water, and a quiet, comfortable night's sleep. At 6 AM the next morning, the owner even arranged for a taxi driver to pick us up and take us to the visitor center. In short, I give it a perfect score from start to finish. I wish the owners great success and prosperity. With such affordable prices, it's sure to be packed with guests.

GGuest UserA truly exceptional stay on Jiuhuashan I have stayed in many guesthouses across China, but this one stands out in a very special way. From the very first moment, the communication via WeChat was friendly, quick, and reliable – even though my Chinese is limited and the staff’s English is not extensive. Still, everything worked beautifully. Warm, patient, uncomplicated. It already gives you the feeling that you are in good hands. I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of. During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service. But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. It was magical – quiet, mysterious, deeply atmospheric. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing. This was not a tourist activity. It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries. My conclusion: This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. I can recommend Tanxiangyuan Homestay without any hesitation. For pilgrims, travelers, lovers of nature, or anyone seeking a meaningful experience, this place is simply perfect. I am grateful for every moment I spent there.

GGuest UserIt's really great to find such a guesthouse on Mount Jiuhua! The room was spotless; I usually pay close attention to hygiene details, and the hotel's floors, bedding, and bathroom were all impeccably clean! Having underfloor heating in winter and hot shower water was a huge plus! The owner was also wonderful, offering pick-up and drop-off service once we arrived at the scenic area. Breakfast was made fresh to order, and I slept incredibly well! I'll definitely stay here again if I come back. I previously stayed at a Fullon Hotel at the foot of the mountain, and I felt this place was even better! As for soundproofing, it was very quiet after 9 PM when everyone was resting. The other guests during my stay were all very considerate and quiet. I wish the owner great success; it provided an excellent accommodation experience on the mountain!

Hygiene: Clean Environment: Convenient location, right behind Huacheng Temple, not far from the bus station, within a 10-minute walk. Service: The host was very welcoming and responsive. They picked us up from Yingxianqiao Station on the first day, helped us plan our trip and recommended good restaurants that evening, prepared breakfast on the second day, and provided hiking poles. We are very grateful.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and the supplies were very complete. Although it is not big, it is enough for two people to live in. This time I went mainly to worship Buddha. I was quite tired during the day, but it was quiet at night and I had a good rest. The boss's craftsmanship is also good, and I was very satisfied with the dinner. The only regret was that because I only stayed for one night and the trip was in a hurry, I forgot to ask the boss if there was breakfast. I still want to stay here again next year when I come to worship Buddha.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located a stone throw away after alighting from the tourist bus at the entrance to scenic area (50RMB to n fro the foot of the mountain). Had already chatted with owner on WeChat n he fetched me after I alighted . Room is clean and functional . Am an easy traveller and very satisfied with the hotel. Of course you can walk around and look for a hotel (there are many many hotels !!!!!!) but I think if u pre book u will make your life easier especially if u have a luggage. He planned the itinerary for me. and it was a very fulfilling walking trip in nature visiting temples and paying respects to 地藏菩萨 . So many restaurants too!!!!!!!! He even sent me to the bus station . Thank u He is a kind soul . He quickly called me when he see me walking in “wrong direction” when actually i wanted to visit the temple next to bus stop . GGuest UserThe high-speed rail exited the station to buy a 50 yuan scenic spot joint ticket, take the bus to the visitor center, and see a big brand of Jiuhua Holy Land after coming out. Because I added the boss WeChat in advance, I walked in the direction of the plaque according to the positioning, and I could find it myself. It was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, this time with two children, the stay was very good. There is a parking space at the entrance of the homestay. Next time I drive, I plan to live in their house for two days. The boss and the cooking aunt are very good. I also borrowed the boss’s electric car to stroll around. The homestay is not very quiet by the road and the price is very affordable. Come to play for two days next weekend. Next time you come to Huatai and Ice Valley rafting

AAnonymous UserThe boss is very nice. The overall design is neo-Chinese, which is quite innovative. A clean and tidy environment makes people feel happy and easy to attract wealth. Because I came to Jiuhua Mountain on a whim, I booked a hotel on short notice, and there were basically no suitable single rooms. This partitioned single room has a different artistic conception. Cleanliness is the key. The boss is very enthusiastic and will answer any questions.

GGuest UserThe boss drove to the ticket office to pick me up. The boss and his family were very friendly. They also brought me a thin blanket at my request. The service was excellent. The room was as shown in the picture. Objectively speaking, it was in line with its price. After all, it was not expensive. It was clean and tidy. The only problem was that the shower door in the bathroom was not closed tightly and the water leaked outside. The water temperature was sometimes hot and sometimes cold.
