But the best part is how incredibly kind the owners, the sister and brother, are. Knowing we were there for a trip, they proactively told us about things we should pay attention to. I'm definitely going back to Jiuhua Mountain every year from now on, and I dare say I'll only be staying at their place!"

"I booked a superior king room, which was listed as floors 1-3 when I booked, and I specifically noted that I wanted a higher floor. However, when we arrived, they told me that the superior king room was only available on the first floor. Isn't that false advertising? We were on a highway trip and arrived at the hotel quite late. The hotel staff were quite nice and immediately upgraded us to a business king room. The room was quite different from the ones I've stayed at at the Ji Hotel before; it was very cold, especially considering it was in the mountains in winter. It took a long time for the air conditioning to warm up, and the room felt a bit empty. Perhaps the business king room is too large. Overall, the experience was just average."
