It is very comfortable to stay on the terrace with the evening breeze! Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, super clean! Environment: Very pleasant, the overall design is simple, elegant, and very Zen-like! Service: The most important thing I want to say is the service. The lady boss is super nice. She warmly and sincerely welcomes every guest, helps us buy tickets, recommends special food, and the dishes she cooks at home are also delicious! Highly recommend the chicken soup, I can’t get enough of it! We were given soda water when we checked out! Thank you very much, boss lady!

I also order meals here. Although the price is higher than that of restaurants outside, the environment and hygiene are friendly. I have to say that Jiuhua bamboo shoots fried meat and the small cold dishes of snow vegetables and fresh bamboo shoots in the morning are really delicious😋

This was my first and worst stay at a Ji Hotel. 1. Upon entering the parking lot, the parking spaces were poorly managed. Two gas cars were parked in the designated charging spots, leaving no space for our electric car. We went to the lobby to speak with staff, but they said they couldn't resolve the issue. 2. Two tables of people were playing cards and smoking in the lobby, making an unbearable racket. For the first time in a Ji Hotel, the only smell I encountered wasn't fragrance, but cigarette smoke. The ”No Smoking” signs were practically ignored, and the elevators reeked of smoke. Staff said they had already tried to dissuade them, but to no avail. 3. The shower water temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating wildly. My child showered first, complaining that the water was getting cold. At first, I thought it was just childish fuss, but when I showered myself, I realized how unstable the water was, and how it would suddenly become extremely cold. The drainage was also poor. I can't understand how this hotel, which opened in September 2025, could be like this. 4. When I ordered takeout, the delivery person called me and told me to come down and pick it up myself. I assumed the hotel didn't have robot service and that delivery people usually just leave the food at the front desk for a robot to bring it up. In short, my experience on my first day was absolutely terrible.

Traveling with seniors and kids, the place was exceptionally clean. We had a beautiful balcony with a view, and at night, we could hear the sounds of frogs and insects – very charming. Dining was convenient at the restaurant on the first floor. The visitor center, where you catch the bus up the mountain, was just a five-minute walk away. Highly recommended! 👍

It was my first time to Mount Jiuhua. I stayed at the Fanchen B&B on the mountain. The room was not big but very clean. I was in a good mood standing on the terrace, looking at the beautiful scenery, feeling the breeze, enjoying the food, and chatting with friends. The proprietress was very enthusiastic and nice. She took good care of us and our trip to Jiuhua Mountain was a complete success.

The air conditioning in the room is very cool, that is, breakfast needs to be improved, the variety is too small, there is no bread slices and soy milk. Dinner is also eaten here, it is very good, the dumplings are very tender and the price is right. There is a mattress in the attic. It is recommended to put a cabinet or a scribble mat, or it is very empty.

The room was spotless; I usually pay close attention to hygiene details, and the hotel's floors, bedding, and bathroom were all impeccably clean! Having underfloor heating in winter and hot shower water was a huge plus! The owner was also wonderful, offering pick-up and drop-off service once we arrived at the scenic area. Breakfast was made fresh to order, and I slept incredibly well! I'll definitely stay here again if I come back. I previously stayed at a Fullon Hotel at the foot of the mountain, and I felt this place was even better! As for soundproofing, it was very quiet after 9 PM when everyone was resting. The other guests during my stay were all very considerate and quiet. I wish the owner great success; it provided an excellent accommodation experience on the mountain!

The boss said that the hair is normal and the washing is not clean. I am speechless. Maybe I have a rebate with the hotel. Hotel breakfast is more to complain, not self-service, semi-self-service fruit is still rotten, the fruit plate is like the leftovers of others, please see the picture below, I am the first to eat breakfast, there is no time to add after eating, and the noodle soup, Did the kitchen aunt arrive at half a bag and have already gone in to adjust the soup? At one end, there is a strong taste of chicken essence. The throat we eat is uncomfortable for a day. Drinking water is crazy. It is not forced to ask for high soup. In fact, the white water is also very good. Guests can add noodles toppings. In addition to the hotel's recommended restaurant stepping on the pit and the hotel breakfast is poor, the others are still very good, the room is quiet, maybe because there are no people living in the off-season hotel, if you go next time, you will still stay again, I hope that the noodles can not put so much chicken essence.
