My stay at Le Pavillon Eternel Hotel was fantastique! The hosts were very hospitable and friendly, a charming husband and wife couple; the hostess was quite a chef. I really liked how she cooked my meals, after visiting the Grand Waterfall of Tiantai and the Qiongtai Fairyland Canyon, perfect places for me to visit at the end of the year. Both are highly recommended. And this hotel is highly recommended because the entrance of these stunningly surreal, spectacular, and serene sites - all at once - are just about a 10-15 walk from the hotel. I visited the famous Buddhist Temple a few years back, so it was all about taking in this amazing waterfall and exploring this enchanting water canyon in between soaring mountains that kiss the sky. Descending back to my hotel room, it was quiet, and the bed comfortable. The heater and the wifi also worked well. The water was nice and hot in the middle of winter. The hotel is not very far from the Tiantai Shan Train Station, which is about 15-20 by taxi and costs only about 25 yuan. When I get another chance to come to Tiantai, I'll definitely come back here.

What I liked most was the location; it's just across a rice paddy from Guoqing Temple, and you can enjoy the view of the rice paddies and the Sui Pagoda from the guesthouse's platform. The landlady's cooking was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. There are also convenient restaurants nearby. I stayed for two days and experienced a relaxing and pleasant vacation atmosphere. I would definitely choose this place again next time.
