Perfect
The owner provided free pick-up and drop-off service, taking us to the scenic area at 6 AM. It was a very satisfying trip. The accommodation was also excellent; we could see the mountains right from the window, very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Huashan.

A Truly Memorable Stay – Incredible Hospitality at the Foot of Mount Huashan I stayed here while preparing to hike the legendary Mount Huashan from the bottom, and I can honestly say the experience was made all the more special thanks to the incredible kindness and hospitality of the owners. From the moment I arrived, the owners went out of their way to make me feel at home. They provided a detailed and helpful briefing on how to explore the mountain safely, including routes, timings, and what to expect—something that gave me great confidence going into such a challenging hike. The real highlight, however, was their extraordinary help when I accidentally left my camera in a taxi. What could have been a disaster turned into a heartwarming reminder of genuine human kindness. The owners took it upon themselves to contact the driver, coordinate the return, and made sure I got my camera back safely. They didn’t have to go to such lengths, but they did so without hesitation. They were also incredibly accommodating when it came to practical matters—arranging food deliveries after a long day on the trail, and organizing a smooth taxi ride back to the train station when it was time to leave. If you're planning to hike Mount Huashan and are looking for a place that feels more like staying with family than in a hotel, this is the one. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Service is definitely at least a 5/5. At first, I walked to the wrong hostel, but then the owner picked me up and took me to the right location. On the way, he also showed me the way to the entrance of the hiking trail. At the hostel, he explained different options on how to hike. Also, at 10pm, his daughter called him because I wanted to know if I needed to book the entrance ticket in advance, and he didn't mind helping me. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to hike Huashan

Middle of November, I went climbing Huashan by myself, there is very nice weather. I arrived at Huashan North Station, then went to the hotel by local bus 5 yuans to Yuquan Lu, along the way to the hotel, you can find something to eat easily. The hotel located near by Yuquanyuan for walking up to Huashan without cable car. A couple of Laoban are very kind and friendly, when you arrive, you can check in at a small shop in front of the hotel. The room is suitable price with mountain view. The next day, Laobanniang brought me to Huashan tourist center by herself, also helped me buying Xifeng cable car ticket or you can choose to go there and back by free shuttle bus service to Yuquan Lu as well. After I had checked out, Laobanniang brought me to Huashan Train Station approximately 2.5 kilometers from the hotel. Very nice service, Recommended!

You don’t have many options on the top of the mountain. Be ready that there is no shower. ❗️to get there faster, choose the longest bus (40rmb) and the longest cableway (120rmb) + the place looks authentic + traveling in winter might be cold, but the owner provides two heaters and it was nice + free hot water + close to the view point - toilet didn’t work - no curtains for privacy
