The room was very clean, and a cleaning lady came every day. The hotel lobby had convenient self-service snacks and laundry detergent. The location was very close to the university town, and there were shared bicycles available at the hotel's intersection.

The room was great, the service was top-notch, the air was fresh, the facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

The guesthouse is conveniently located between Lingyan and Dalongqiu, making it easy to explore. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and the owner is very helpful, assisting with finding parking. Free fruit and melon seeds are provided, and the small courtyard has a swing, a waterwheel, and blooming bougainvillea and other unidentified flowers. I booked this guesthouse based on reviews, and after my experience, I wanted to share my thoughts for other guests. The family suite has one large and one small bed. The room is small but fairly clean, and disposable toilet seat covers are provided – nice!

The value was unbelievable—I was amazed to have both a comfortable room and a nice breakfast included at such a great price. In the evenings, the lobby came alive with the sound of Mahjong. At first I overheard it from my room, but soon I found myself charmed by the passion and energy of the elderly gentleman leading the game. It added such a unique cultural touch that made the stay unforgettable. Overall, this hotel was full of character, comfort, and hospitality. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely return.

Home Inn is a very nice place. it is strategically located near Cangnan railway station, which is a 10 - to 15-minute walk. If you want to take a taxi, just book around 10 to 12 CNY only. It is near also with small restaurants and a convenient store. theres a park near to the hotel about 30 minutes walk, people who likes nature will enjoy that place. it has lake and squirrel paradise. The hotel staff is very friendly, I check in very smoothly. I like the food that they are serving every day. if you don't eat pork, just ask them to fried some eggs, and they will give it to you. If you want to order the hotel just tell them so and they can cook for you and of course you need to pay 😀.. The place is clean, from lobby to the room. The hotel manager I encountered is Ms. Sophie, which is also very accommodating and friendly , makes sure to assist and guide anyone in need. At that time, we had boarded the boat to Beibei Island. After two days, we took it. The front desk lady on the evening of May 3 was particularly responsible. In every situation, from check-in to simple requests, they were courteous and ready to assist , always striving to resolve any need. This aspect makes the stay very pleasant from a human perspective. Another strong point is the general cleanliness of the premises, which is truly impeccable and worthy of note. The difficulties: a language barrier and the smell of smoke However, I ve encountered two significant hurdles: 1. Language barrier: No staff member speaks English. Communication was only possible through gestures, translation apps on our phones, and a lot of patience. This can be a problem for managing specific requests or non-routine situations. 2. Smoke smell in the room: Finding a room that did not have a persistent smell of tobacco smoke was a real challenge. It would be advisable to have better-designated and deodorized non-smoking rooms. In summary: I recommend this hotel mainly to those who have no language issues and are not sensitive to the smell of smoke, as the genuine courtesy of the staff and the excellent cleanliness are valuable qualities. For others, it's best to be prepared for these two issues.

I must give a good review! I've been here several times already. It's a hotel with excellent value for money. The pillows are very nice, and there are two options. Most importantly, the cleanliness is impeccable; the blankets have all been changed, which is immediately noticeable. I slept soundly through the night.
