總體還是不錯的，位置在縣中心，停車也比較方便，房間臨街，也不是很吵，服務挺好，智能設施挺靈敏，衞生還有待加強，牀頭櫃後面地板上都有不少絮絮毛，最好用吸塵器吸一下，要吐槽的是我們那個房間床下有感應燈帶，沒法關，手腳伸出床就會感應到亮起來，又很亮，晚上有人起夜的話挺影響睡眠的，最好整改一下

説實話，剛到時，有一種想立馬走人的沖動，大堂門頭上衹有恆凱兩字，連酒店兩字都沒有，感覺一點都不像正二八經酒店，好在內部該有的都有，服務員也很熱心，周圍環境還好，停車場很大，仔細想想，説是一個酒店也沒毛病。衞生間很大但很滄桑的樣子，讓人想起80、90年代的賓館，晚上吃完飯開車回酒店時，衹見整棟樓黑糊糊沒有一個窗口亮燈，停車場上衹有我們孤零零一個車，甚至我們住的樓層都沒燈。問了服務員，説是一大棟樓那晚衹有兩個房間有人住。感覺該酒店賺不賺錢無所謂的樣子。
