The new house is south facing and sits in its own fruit orchard and is on three levels. On the first level is a living room consisting of an open plan kitchen/ dining area with further seating area and a guest toilet with shower. The lower level contains three bedrooms & two bathrooms. Outside there is a full lenght shady terrace leading to a swimming pool of some 10 x 4 meters surrounded by grass lawns. In addition a purpose built BBQ with its own seating area.
