EEltonzhang27Easy to travel, close to customers, close to the OYONNAX center. Quite quiet at night. There is also a dog in the hotel, very friendly and very warm with the guests.

IIndranilAlthough it was written that they have Airport Shuttle facility, the hotel denied and asked to sort this out with Trip.com. I had to spend about 30 minutes calling the Trip.com customer service to figure out that what they displayed under the banner of “Amenities” was actually wrong. However they finally said to book a taxi and share the receipt with them for reimbursement, which is still pending from their side.

GGuest UserThere were still people banging the door in the middle of the night, which sounded very scary. There is a big black Senegalese guy downstairs who has been calling and doing some introductions by the way. The room is small and the sheets are mildewed, not recommended.
