Franchement le réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli c’était une crème c’était fluide et professionnel par contre la personne de ce matin qui s’occuper des petit dej le matin on as bien payer les petits dej pour tout le monde et malgré cela elle a pas voulu que 2 personne du groupe prenne leurs petit dej qui a été payé soit disant sous réserve que c’est bientôt la fin du service et elle voulais pas les servir je ne comprend pas pour quoi faire un tel geste sachant que tout le monde était déjà à table et on était un peu moins de 20 personnes donc c’était désagréable

The location is excellent.
It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.
