I was alone and needed help, Mila at reception was not only helpful, but she adds a touch of warmth in an otherwise cold day. Very much appreciated Mila! 2 mins walk from Gare, perfect! Cons: no kettle / cups in room, but they provide hot water at breakfast area. Not many surface tops / shelves for storage. A small desk only for one laptop. Even the bathroom has no shelves for amenities.

Very basic in room amenities. Could have been better if it came with kettle. Staff was friendly during check in and most of the time. You could leave your luggage if you come in before the check in time at 3pm. Single room is really small but no problem for me as I have expected and the location is pretty central. There is a shopping street nearby.

The hostel is very good. The location is on a hill and there is a steep climb, but the view of the Basilica from the higher floors is some compensation. The staff is efficient. Most things are digitalized. The cleanliness is at a high level. There are all the basic amenities. I recommend.

good stay for a short period however I would ask the manager to review the water quality. at least in the room 302 there is some strange smell and taste of a tap water

Enough for overnight.
The bed was uncomfortable, the furniture was dilapidated, and there was almost no German TV.
Our dog is very popular, we only pay 5.00 Euro.

Admiral hotel, great location as it is close to perrache where I could take bus to geneva. Room is small but in general neat and tidy.

I recommend! Very well placed saved us at the last moment from a bad experience with an Airbnb. Great service, very good breakfast. Large accommodation very practical

The staffs were very friendly and the room was quite big and cleaner than i expected. They also stored our luggages througout the after checkout which was very convenient.

Staff was super friendly and this is the only hostel I stay where the staff walk me up to the room and explain everything. If you have research where the location of this hostel, you will know the hostel is located on the top of hill. So definitely a battle if you have big luggage..the selling point of this hostel would be enjoying the view from the terrace. Overall the place is clean just the facility bit old for the toilet. I think they really should be doing some upgrading and some tlc for the room.(Some of the curtain are already wear and tear) The location up the hill I think a plus point for me as I take it as an exercise after having stuff myself with so much foods and with rewarding views.
