GGuest UserHotel in the price ratio is good. The room is clean and comfortable. There is no teapot and not even pour hot water at request. This is minus. Otherwise everything is good. Bed is comfortable. Before the vocal minute and until the dirt five minutes is not more. Settled exactly at 16 not earlier. The room was not but the raw lad by 16. I was offered to wait half an hour. I asked for another room. I was provided. Olin two days is fine. I didn't have breakfast.
GGuest UserL’hôtel se trouve dans le centre ville, à proximité d’un parking public gratuit (200m - parking Les Moulins). Par contre, si vous voulez aller a la plage, vous devez marcher environ 30min.
La chambre est relativement petite mais propre, avec la climatisation qui marche très bien. Pourtant, l’isolation sonore n’est pas top - vous pouvez entendre les bruits de la chambre voisine.

AAnzhela_73A good hotel for a lonely traveler. Very clean - everyday cleaning. I was all arranged to a high degree. 24-hour resepshen, which allowed early morning to leave and come late. polite staff. Always hot water and necessary facilities. I can all boldly recommend.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very well placed in front of the sea and welcome staff. Room 104 is almost impossible to sit on the toilet with the door closed.
NNat LawrenceThe staff at the reception was incredibly helpful and kind! But the housekeeping was terrible, I put the red sign because I wanted to sleep and on the day of check-out she tried coming in twice, she should know red is do not disturb even if she can't read and she never really cleaned, what's the point? The toilet seat was dark bege with stains all over, they could have better maintenance or at least deep cleaning. The shower looked like hasn't been cleaned for months with yellow and orange stains, plenty of mold near it too.
I am pleased it was very well located, safe and again the reception was so helpful, mainly the young lady from check-in, priceless customer service.
MMiss Arielly RibeiroUnfortunately I hadn’t a experience pleasant as expected. I arrived at the hotel exactly at 20h30 as requested. But there was no one there to handle the payment. After a long waiting time, finally someone showed up and said I should proceed the payment through a machine which do not accept cash.
But when I booked I selected cash as payment method, once I don’t have an European card. The guy who “welcomed” me said it was impossible handling the payment and therefore I couldn’t stay at theirs place. I asked for the contact of the owner of the place, once the guy who talked to me it was only a guardian of the building.
When she answered, the owner was upset about I having her personal contact and disturbing her late night and still said there was nothing that she could do for me. Hence I should find another place to sleepover cause she couldn’t either process the payment by cash at that moment and receiving it in next morning.
I was lucky enough that there was another guy passing by at the place, who saw what was happening and he was so nice to offer me his card to get the room and I paid him back by cash. I’m really grateful to him, cause it was night, cold, I had many luggages, no other place to go and that hotel wanted just kick me out for something which is definitely their responsibility. Once they accept cash payment they must have a way to proceed those payments.
I’m such disappointed about that experience and the service provided from that place. I strongly do not recommend it. They don’t care at all about the customer wellbeing.
AAGATA SAENKOЗаселились в номер, со входа сразу бросились в глаза неподметенные волосы на полу, дверь в ванну не закрывалась полностью и оставалась слегка приоткрытой, что очень сильно смущало, в душе - черная плесень, вода в раковине не уходила, розетка отходила от стены, кровать скрипела при любом движении. Попросили администратора заменить номер, номер заменили, спасибо. Новый номер был намного лучше, все работало, мы выдохнули, но и тут нарвались на фигню - в туалете при въезде были ”следы предыдущих жильцов” под крышкой унитаза... Не хочется, конечно, придираться, но впечатление правда было не из лучших. Возможно, стоит провести беседу с персоналом или установить какой-то контроль над уборкой.
