2-Star Hotels in Borobudur

Location is great, only 5 mins walk to Borobudur Temple. The staff are friendly and helpful but not all can speak English. Room is simple and basic. We can chat via WhatsApp no need to go to reception counter. I borrowed ironing board and iron and the staff brought them over and helped me to set-up nicely for me. Like the kampung environment with rooster waking me up every morning. Must turn on electric mosquito repellent, second night I forgot to on it I got 2 mosquito bites. Breakfast is basic but suffice for me. I chose American breakfast but excluding sausages. Fresh juice also included in breakfast. Those items in the menu are so affordable, I ordered fried tempeh and Javanese herbal drink, really nice.

I had a delightful stay at this small family home stay. Tomo and his wife were incredibly sweet, always accessible, and genuinely helpful. Opting for the deluxe room was a great choice – clean, and the daily cleaning option was appreciated. The traditional breakfast was delicious and healthy. The proximity to Borobudur temple and local eateries, combined with a quiet atmosphere, made the location great. A few minor suggestions for improvement include proper netting on ventilator holes in the room, fixing the squeaky bathroom door, and loud noises from the bathroom air con. Overall, a lovely place with a welcoming family touch.

It's a pity that I didn't take any photos of this hotel. This is a very good accommodation, clean and hygienic, with decent standard rooms. The hotel is like a resort, including breakfast and afternoon tea. The front desk service is friendly and took the trouble to communicate with the local driver for us. If you stay here, you can go all the way to the foot of Borobudur. In the morning A tour guide will take guests to the top at 8:30. The room rate includes tickets to the top of Borobudur. It is the best choice for Borobudur travel.

Tempat Asik, Nyaman, tenang meski dipinggir jalan. kamar luas, makanan enak dan kolam renang bersih. Cocok untuk refresing dengan keluarga. Serta pelayanan ramah. Rekomended place

Good place to stay, with nature feeling. 20minutes to walk to the entrance of the temple park. Thai restaurant nearby with very tasty food.

Near with Borobudur Temple and some interesting places such as Gereja Ayam and others

The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and caring. We were travelling in Indonesia with my grandparents but my grandpa was unlikely got hit by a motorcycle. His condition was very serious. The hotel staff spontaneously went to the hospital to help us and gave us a lot of useful information. They also bought us food and drinks. We are really grateful to have them with us during those difficult times as we do not speak Indonesian and obviously we were under great stress. Their assistance relieved us. They even tried their very best to find someone who can speak Chinese to see if they can offer us help. Moreover, they offered a free hotel room just in case we were unable to transfer to a bigger hospital in Yogyakarta. Their hotel may not be the best in the town but their warmness and hospitality far exceeded any five star hotel I have stayed before.

Very warm hospitality from the owner Mrs Atik and husband. The room is comfortable, with 2 queen beds. We love the view so much. Very near to Borobudur and surrounded with lovely views and beautiful places to explore. Near the Gereja Ayam also. Very convenient to stay here with family and friends while enjoying the nature.

It's been a long time since it's built, so there's a lot of slapstick, but if you think you're just sleeping, there's no problem. Wi-Fi is flying in the room, and there are minimal amenities. The hot water in the shower also came out, and the night was quiet and the starry sky was really beautiful. It is delicious to choose from about 4 kinds of breakfast. It is close to the Borobudur ruins. You can go on foot. There are rice shops and India Mart around the hotel, so there is no problem. I think the staff is only good and the hotel is suitable for the price.
