Seperti biasa, pelayanan dari staffnya ramah, sangat membantu. Ruangannya bersih dan wangi juga. Cuma disayangkan aja dapet kamar yg shower air panasnya agak kendor, jadi ngeluarin suara bising+airnya bocor. Tapi overall oke sihhh

Windowless room. It was very noisy in the room because there was a restaurant above us, and someone was already clanging dishes at 5 AM, and karaoke was blaring in the evening.

Air shower tidak menyala, dan airnya juga kotor sepertinya torn nya tidak pernah di kuras atau dibersihkan sehingga air di washtafel dan closet hitam, sudah keluhan ke pihak hotel tapi tidak ada tindakan Padahal untuk lokasi sudah bagus sangat strategis

Am staying in hotel kumala . For 6 nights . Location good service ok but the breakfast and hotel not good at all different between pictures on website and the real and smelly .....etc so don't trust the pictures on websites and don't pay earlier. And if u see my coffee in picture in restaurant breakfast stayed ther 5 days i already checkout but mybe still there no one move if no trust see cctv

The only downside was the bathroom, which was a bit dirty. Otherwise, for 112k, it was okay. The sheets and blankets were reasonably clean. It's suitable for those on a tight budget. The building is indeed a bit old. Hopefully, it can be renovated and tidied up more.
