The room is ok and the location is strategic.

I was looking for an affordable place to stay while dropping off my sibling at UB. I eventually found this accommodation and stayed for 3 days and 3 nights. They have individual beds, with both AC and non-AC options. I chose the non-AC one, and it was perfectly fine. Not hot at all, actually quite cozy, and not too cold despite Malang's cool weather. I was in an upstairs room, in the bottom bunk of a capsule. Inside the capsule, I got a pillow and a free blanket. There's an outlet, a hanger, and a reading light. The bathroom upstairs is just for showering. It has a shower and a faucet, and you can set the shower to warm water. Free shampoo and soap are provided. If they run out, you can buy some or tell the attendant. Downstairs, there are two more bathrooms with sit-down toilets. There's a kitchen if you want to make coffee or tea, and I think there's a stove too. There's also a waiting area. Downstairs, there are AC capsule rooms. For smokers, there's a seating area outside. There are prayer rooms both upstairs and downstairs. You can book through this app or I think you can just show up. They accept QRIS, and they sell bottled mineral water. This guesthouse is located within a complex, but Grab access is easy, and it's not hard or far to get food, though you'll have to walk a bit. Oh, and if you need a wake-up call, for example, if you have an early morning checkout to catch a train or something else, they can do that. Overall, highly recommended and budget-friendly!

I have stayed here 2 times before but I think this time is the worst. Many telvon crews knock on the room. It is very annoying if consumers are resting and sleeping. There is a wa number, you can call via wa. At half past 11 o'clock, it was checked in. It was obviously not going on. It's very noisy, the crew has parking problems too. The parking narrow fields are checked in. Very rude. Even warm water is warm when it has been brewed for a long time

kelebihan: 1. harga relatif murah 2. staff ramah 3. suasana asri dan tenang 4. fasilitas kamar berfungsi dengan baik, water heater, ac, tv berjalan normal kekurangan: 1. kamar relatif sempit 2. jika tamu menginap ramai air panas kurang maksimal kadar kehangatannya

Location, price, facilities, comfort and hospitality. A suitable place to stay for anyone who comes to Malang, especially in the city area. Just a budget traveller, but it is very comfortable to rest. Suitable for those who have work or need to rest with family

ぱっと見はちょっと清潔感がなく見えますが、部屋自体（ベット）は広いし寝やすく割と綺麗でした。 トイレシャワー一体型、トイレットペーパーなし、バスタオルのみです。 1人で素泊まりであれば悪くないです。
