"This wonderful place I can only recommend . In the final trip it turned out that this humstay was the best of all places on Lombok where we stayed . Real atmosphere of the island , a warm water pool surrounded by palm trees . I swim at night with a view to the star sky and the full moon 🌝 Many reverends write that there is no hot water and I was afraid of it, but it was pleasant to be surprised that hot water is and very good. There is a common kitchen here , where there is water , tea, coffee , dishes for food, dishes . Access 24 hours . Rooms have plenty of room in the room and in the shower and very clean , what you need to find in Indonesia . Nearby there is a 24-hour store . Have a nice time ."

CChenBuyuI want to say positive experience first. The on site restaurant is delicious and some speciality food that no matter you just land in Lombok or about to leave should give it a try. The beef soup is superb. The staff is very friendly. There's a huge dining / common area at the second floor which a plus for anyone wants to spend a bit time outside of the room.
However, staff couldn't give me straight answers such as how to get to the airport nor if I can check out late. I think being named ”Airport” hotel, such request should be common. Further, there is no hot water and my room was windowless. This wasn't obvious in the booking and during my month long travel in Indonesia I typically assume such amenity exists by default. I think the hotel should make it obvious given the location is next to an International Airport. Finally, the AC is very loud in the room. The cleanliness seems a bit lacking in the toilet. My toilet door wasn't able to close properly.
I came to visit during Ramadan so breakfast wasn't available. I wish staff would have made it known in advance thus I'd prepare breakfast another way. (Perhaps a packaged breakfast for non-fasting guests would be a really gesture if kitchen has to be closed)

AAleksandr FThe main minus is the loudspeaker located next to the hotel. We were there during Ramadan, it was impossible to sleep. Basically, everything is quite good. On the first floor, the rooms are simpler, but the loudspeaker is less audible there.

GGuest UserAbbiamo soggiornato solamente 1 notte perché il giorno successivo saremmo andati a Nord dell' isola per visitare il monte Rijani.
Personale eccezionale e super gentile, la struttura molto ben gestita, bagni puliti, ci hanno permesso di lasciare acqua e altre piccole cose nel frigorifero anche se penso che nn fosse possibile. Abbiamo pranzato e fatto colazione, tutto squisito e preparato al momento.
Abbiamo dormito in bungalow tipici di Lombok, costruiti completamente in bamboo e per essere una nuova struttura pensavamo fossero tenuti un poco meglio; porte e zanzariere da migliorare. Potrei dargli 6 come punteggio.
