"Overall hotel was good. Hotel was on 4 th floor but no reception not any board on ground floor regarding entry to hotel. Passengers had to carry their luggage with them to forth floor and to carry it while checking out. No brush paste kit provided nit-her there was tea, coffee or hot water available in room. However it was supplied on order. Some minor deficiency such as tv not recharged so unable to use. Wifi was not provided etc. Overall it was good with minimum utilities for overnight stay."

"The main perks of staying in this hotel is the location as it's hardly 500m walk from railway station. Rest for the maintenance service i would rate it average. Coming to space, lighting and ventilation the place was actually good no complaints they do maintain it good and clean. The issues i faced here are mainly i stayed here for around 7 days straight and never had wifi they do have the connection but never worked saying under maintenance, no alternate arrangements were offered. Laundry only available in the morning and they take the whole day though it's a single piece. Unless i called post three days they were not bothered about changing bed sheets cleaning room etc, this i think they should really improve. Service were offer but only on demand basis it was not routine. Coming to food they offer complimentary breakfast but same menu every day that's wasn't too good to appreciate. As a whole they need to improve in many aspects. This is a funny n creepy incident i faced in here so the very first day i was using phone i suddenly saw a tail of some reptile hanging out from the ac and when i tried to look properly it went back in, it was black is colour, quite thick and big in size easily around 10 cm (just the tail i didn't see the body of it) so i tried putting flash into so figure out what exactly it could be but no luck it went in. Now i called the room service ofcourse he visited i appreciate but his response ” it could just be a lizard or something come from pipe and get backs in not to worry it can't be a snake or rat and he left” what seriously? all i expected to at-least make an effort of opening to see what it is but any way i stayed for 7 straight days just there and didn't face any probs then!"

"Location is very good. Break fast which was included in room charges was not satisfactory i. E two puri and little quantity of potato bhaji. Hygiene was average. Safety standard was satisfactory. We had booked two rooms. In one one room television was not functioning because it was not recharged as per hotel boy."

"The room is best. Just as seen in pictures, everythng is avaliable and staff is helpful and caters to all needs. Cleanliness and plea-sent environment everywhere"
