GGuest UserI had q to leave my car several times outside the hotel parking for q there was no place and q is supposed to be paying for that service also due
a q there was a legion of Telmex workers in the hotel I think q the management should have set order and delimit a specific area for these workers and not leave problems in the hands of the ordinary customers for q if you wanted to arrive later the hotel you were lucky
de q.no longer there was no parking place besides q the hotel has its q letter is not liable for damage in cars or robbery pssss imaginateeeee was not available the beach of the hotel that is understand q is not understand is missing the hotel security by q there were people swimming on the beach with everything and the imperfects of the boats there and people taking and with boats in the trees what q is supposed to be prohibited etc. etc. etc. in addition to the boys rafters that went up to the boats destroyed

GGuest UserThe buffet is excellent is the only thing I can recommend fully, because the food in the restaurant is bad and more, they let you wait 2 hours to serve you, I don't know if it's for the season or always have this kind of problem but The hotel stayed 2 days without light that to a swimming that the room that I had did not serve the gate that gives to the terrace which in the night sounded very ugly with the air strike and did not let sleep, When you ask for a change of room to one who was better to deny it, but other renters if they get it, they should improve that because one as a tourist wants to avoid going bad rats.

GGuest UserThe fact is that the people attending the meeting are very attentive. I don’t know if this is a family business. So they care about customers and the facilities are a bit ugly. The reason is that the pandemic has dealt a heavy blow to them, so I have No problem, will stay at this hotel again, because I think, in fact, despite the circumstances, their continuous attempts to succeed is something admirable, very good to them, hope their equipment will be restored soon.
