GGuest UserThe hotel did not respect the reservation made for the trip com application. And there is no phone to clarify. There is no way to fix anything

TTravelling roverThe hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. There are 2 pools but they are in different parts of the hotel. Room was larger than most in Mexico and had a small kitchen. All in it was a good place for the price.
