A nice green location isolated from the downtown mess but not far from it. A simple local style house with a terrace, a CR, a small kitchen, and a sleeping room with aircon. Sometimes it's noisy here when local company comes to eat out here like walk INS. The pricing is reasonable

The hotel is small centrally located, but yet quiet compared to the big city. Less than 10 minutes walk to all 4 major malls in the area. Room is simple, but clean and safe. Staff is helpful.

Hello! Hotel leaves the best. The rooms do not match the declared photos on the hotel website and on the Internet photos. The rooms were cleaned badly, the beds were present with hair.

Review for Casa Rafael Inn: 2/5 I stayed at Casa Rafael Inn for a short trip, and while it has its comforts, there are a few drawbacks to consider. One major issue was the air conditioning – it simply wasn't cold enough, which was especially uncomfortable during the summer heat. Overall, the inn has a cozy vibe, but the lack of sufficient cooling and some other minor inconveniences make it hard to give a higher rating. Consider your needs carefully before booking.

The location of the hotel is good and convenient for exploring the area. However, there were only a few parking spaces available, which made it a bit challenging. The room was quite small and felt a bit cramped. Unfortunately, the breakfast didn’t meet my expectations—it lacked variety and quality. Additionally, I noticed some damages in the bathroom, particularly the bathtub, which could use repairs. Overall, the stay was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement..

I had enjoyed staying in this hotel and it's in a very good location.All the amenities are in walking distance and the local bus to the airport is just around the corner from.the hotel.The rates are reasonable and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful

There are many good things about casa mia but also some room for improvement. The goos things are… Location is very close to Gensan Airport which waa perfect for our early morning flights. Both Grab taxi and food delivery are available in this area which we made good use of. Very clean room and bedding. Excellent internet connected television. The disadvantages are that the amenities are very basic and in some rooms it can take a while to get the hot water for a reliable shower. The shower design means that a lot of water gets onto the floor area outside which makes the toilet room messy. But still good value and good staff so I will stay here again.

The room is spacious, and I find it quiet and relaxing. It offers good value for the price of less than 1000 per night, but they only provided one towel for a couple who stayed in a room for two. If you wish to add a towel, you will pay 40 pesos.

Good location, and Amazing Staff! Good price, good internet, and few friendly pets on property for folks missing their own back home! I will be staying here again! Family owned and nice outdoor communal tv area, and place to socialize, good Bar in front, and plenty of 24 hr food place within walking distance.
