Room was exactly as pictured and bed was very comfortable.
However, the bathroom (en-suite) was not clean which was disappointing. I had to clean the sink and toilet and even then some of the hairs and bits of dirt were still there.
It was also quite hard to find, especially at night due to it being in an industrial estate. A positive is that you are close to the river/ bridge (nice views) and the shopping centre as they’re all within 20 minutes walking distance.

Nice clean hotel with minimal staff. I had a separate room, shower and toilet on the floor. There is a refrigerator and TV in the room. The bed linen is clean. Didn't use the kitchen. The toilet and showers are clean. The location is convenient, there is a supermarket nearby. The room's windows overlook a quiet pedestrian street. Of the minuses, the overhead light in the room did not work, but there were two small lamps above the bed and table. As a result, I was pleased with my stay.
