Overall very good. Located in the city center, easy to find food. There is a 7-11 at the entrance of the alley, near Lotus, etc.

Clean and comfortable. Safe and friendly. Good balcony. We stayed here twice before and after visiting Laos. 70baht meter taxi from train station or bus station.

Probably the weirdest check in experience for me in years! It was like we were not expected, my booking information was sent to many random people on the receptionist’s phone. She kept taking photos of my reservation on my phone, she sent my booking information to my email multiple times , I don’t know for what. We were super exhausted as we just arrived in Ubon and had a long walk in order to get to the hotel. It was really really weird and awkward check in. Ignoring that horrible check-in experience , everything was really decent and nice, the place is super clean , and 7 eleven is right by the resort. Great value for money, and an almost perfect stay, that was ruined a bit by the awkward check in!

My usual request for rooms is a quiet room a room that is clean and has good working Wi-Fi as well as air conditioning.
