The Hampton Inn was very convenient for us while visiting in Asheville. Right in the center of places that we enjoy going from the farmers market to the Arboretum to the Blue Ridge Parkway and of course the outlets but that is not what we come to do. Our room was very clean as was the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful as we stayed an extra night. We felt like we got great value For our dollar. The website was very easy to navigate, and it was very simple to book our lodging. Breakfast offerings were good. The bed was very comfortable and we will certainly come back as we have stayed there before for these very reasons.

We had such a fun and comfy stay at Hampton Inn Asheville–I-240 Tunnel Rd! The room was clean, cozy, and just what our family needed after a full day of exploring. Check-in was quick, the staff was super friendly, and everything felt easy from start to finish. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown Asheville, so getting around was a breeze. And breakfast? A great way to kick off another adventure-filled day! Definitely a stay we’d happily come back to.

The hotel facilities are very new and very clean, and the design is modern and user-friendly. The location is also very good, there are many chain restaurants around, you can buy it when you go out, so it makes up for the regret of not having breakfast. But almost all rooms have refrigerators, microwaves and electric stoves, so it is also convenient to buy ingredients for cooking.

VanThe service was fine. The food was cold (scrambled eggs that the server just brought in) and the breakfast space area was extremely small. We were sitting way to close to other tables.
Our room deadbolt lock would not lock. It did not line up properly with the slot. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Satisfied with this hotel as a whole, the hotel location is easy to find, parking is convenient and safe. Especially the front desk clerk, although the language is not available, but try to communicate and are very enthusiastic. There are free drinks prepared at the front desk. recommend!

ZHENGThe room is good, big, the location is very good, suitable for shopping, we are very close to the billmore estate, that is, health is really flattering, because I am a person who is allergic to mites, only stayed one night, that night 3 The point was awake and it was allergic to the neck and ears. It was very scary. Will not live a second time

Great location, friendly staff. Parking is a nightmare! But worth it because once parked you can walk to most everything to do in downtown Asheville.

Guest UserThe receptionist was not friendly and argumentative. I was not rude or angry with her requests. She was not rude either, but not friendly. Twice I had to visit the front desk and twice I took her attention away from her phone. The telephone in the room had no dial tone. She said maybe it’s not plugged in. I checked went back and checked the plug in the room and it was plugged in. I told her that. She said we don’t have a maintenance man today, that’s too bad. After checking out and having breakfast I asked if there was a restroom where I could wash my hands. I was told it was out of service.
After this experience I will not be returning.

Price is expensive for a motel. No free breakfast and limited parking. Near highway and 15mins drive to downtown.
