Great location, friendly staff. Parking is a nightmare! But worth it because once parked you can walk to most everything to do in downtown Asheville.

Clean room, comfortable bed and on site parking were what made this stay great. The room wasn’t fancy, but it was clean and had everything you would need including a hair dryer, microwave and mini fridge. We walked around downtown as we were close to everything.

Great place! A little wonky checking in, but otherwise fantastic. The room was clean, quiet, and with easy access to my vehicle. Great location. I will definitely stay here again!!

Overall, good value for the money. I would recommend ear plugs when sleeping not for the loud urban noise but for the beeping coming from the cross walk lights outside warning that walk is about to become "Don't Walk". You can't hear it most of the time except for when it gets quiet after midnight partying ends

This is a very outdated hotel that needs a lot of work. The major pro is the location and proximity to amazing bars and restaurants.

The person at the reception desk was almost totally inept. Even after her manager came to her rescue, she struggled to complete our check in.
