Great
AAliciaA very nice and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is very good and it is very well located for visiting downtown Durango. We only stayed one night but we liked it very much.

SSaschaDas Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig am US-Highway 160 etwas abseits des Zentrums; recht ruhig, aber von einer wenig spektakulären Bergwelt umgeben. Das Sleep Inn befindet sich in einem Komplex, den es sich offenbar mit der Marke ”Mainstay” teilt.
Der Empfang verlief schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer auf dem üblichen Sleep-Inn-Niveau: Modern eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber.
Im Frühstücksraum war es morgens um 7 Uhr sehr ruhig, das Buffet bot den üblichen Standard aus Rührei und Würstchen, Toast und Waffeln. Nicht wirklich gut.

GGuest UserI called ahead to say that we were gonna be late coming in and they said that the front desk would be open till 11. We got there at 10 o’clock and couldn’t find anybody in the office and couldn’t get to our room we had to stay at La Quinta and pay $305as an emergency could not reach anybody to respond to us for checking in.

GGuest UserIt was Satruday night and this motel was fully booked. I felt lucky that I booked a day earlier. The deal is unbeatable. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is nice. I can have no complaint. I would not consider any other place to stay except this one.

BBiankaMWhile I can't complain about the price of this hotel. It did not live up to the expectations that I had. Location wise, it's near a fairly busy street and not only are the walls thin but there are gaps in the door so I heard every time a car passed by along with all of the commotion that happened outside.
Additionally, the photos that you see on the hotels website and reviews don't accurately portray what the hotel looks like in person. It feels like this hotel was attempted to be renovated and got halted somewhere in the middle.
