BBjfigProperty staff was very kind, prompt to any requests, for a small staff, they do superb work to keep the location cleanly, up and running, nice, quiet location tucked in the corner a few miles away from the interstate. Definitely 4/5 stars, fair pricing, offer a nice suite, upgraded suite inclusive with a fireplace, breakfast exactly what it states on the website. Pictures from the hotel websites add up pretty well. Easily accessible gym, pool, on site laundry, etc. Fair pricing for a nice business travel.

NNerdieThe only thing it’s missing really is a washer room for guests. Other than that it’s fine. Sometimes you can smell cigarette smoke in the hallways even though it’s a smoke free hotel.

GGuest UserNot sure what cleaning solution is used to wipe down surfaces but it was unbearable and so strong it was nauseating. It reminded me of the horrendous cleaner used during covid. The entire hotel wreaked of it. Most would say at lease you knownthey are cleaning but it was too much!

GGuest UserI arrived after a delayed flight only to find out after I get there that they don’t allow check-ins past midnight. I never got an email or a single notification from them saying that check-ins weren’t allowed past 12AM. Thankfully the guy at the counter was very nice about the situation and gave me advice on where to stay for the night.

HHaydenClean hotel, but expect to smell Smokey smells in even a non smoking room the smokers in the hotel smoke so much the smells come through the walls.

AAnonymous UserThis price is completely beyond our expectations, especially in a hotel adjacent to a few hundred meters, hit by a bad environment, changed to here immediately feel comfortable, clean and tidy, service enthusiasm, mainly security is great. Thanks also to the customer service staff of Trip.com for their online help.
