Breakfast can use the machine to make waffles, a small one, very warm, but it is estimated that you have to wait for the seat late, there is also a place outside the door and the front desk, but it is not convenient. The hotel does not have slippers, but there are signs that do not bring toiletries, you can ask the front desk to take. You can pick up at the airport in Ontario for free. You can also arrange a car transfer at the Ontario mill outlet, which ends at 9pm. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is generally good, and the sound insulation is not good.

I was looking forward to the kitchen they had there at the motel but as soon as I got there I saw 2 roaches..makes me not want to go back there anymore that was disgusting and ruined my time being there!!

This is my family! I love the staff here & I feel safe here. But there have been MAJOR issues--they're under construction, refurbishing everything. but it's causes disturbances in our business & daily routines. Water bieng shut off, electrical issues, wifi is bad...that's all. Still great people and not a bad stay for the money. Very convenient ---especially for truckers.

The manager told me it was my job to call someone to solve my already paid booking when their system was down upon arrival. Location is ok. Small shopping center next door. Pool is comfortable. The room was gorgeous and quite large. Huge beds, clean, quiet.

Right now for the next two months there’s construction all over the place but plenty of signs to get to where you’re going. Great location right in the middle there Districk Ontario Pomona busy lol what are you this way through the middle it’s great great hamburger place right across the street. I’m all around Ontario mills mall HUGE. He gets really quiet at night, but you can go walking around the parking lot goes far as you feel comfortable. It’s dim lit on purpose for the birds. The hotel has a huge atrium when you walk in pretty much everything‘s clean the rooms really nice what’s your figure out the light switches ha ha. The pool is excellent. Looks like they just have it rebuilt if you get a chance to stay there decent money for the hotel it looks like it’s going to be expensive but it’s not, if you plan on staying a couple nights stopping at Safeway across the street and grab some food and drinks drinks expensive are the vending machine. All in all good today not a bad place at all. Front desk was marvelous was perfect. I loved the one that checked me in. I came in late like a Jenna clock. She was on it didn’t miss a beat. I only spent a night here and had to wake up in the middle of the night for a flight. Check-in was easy. The bed was comfy. I got to the Ontario airport in less than 10 minutes. There was an abundance of towels and the shower worked well.

Good cheap room if you're in the area. Front desk is professional and polite. Rooms are OK. I would suggest booking online though it will save you some $.

The staff here is so welcoming Rene is always attentive and professional Concierge . Concierge best describes it .. I frequent here and I always feel I’m 🏠
