2-Star Hotels in Sevier County

The staff has been super friendly and I really enjoyed my stay until I entered the breakfast area. The fellow working there clearly either does not like his job or has a disorder of some kind. The first morning, I went in and I said, good morning, and he just grunted. A couple mornings later, when I walked in, I noticed him looking at me and I glanced at him and he was not just looking, but staring very intensely at me without looking away. It was very awkward. I immediately reported to the staff at the desk and when I got to the desk, they were very cheerful and helpful, until I mentioned the incident and they changed instantly and they defended him immensely. Everything about this day was great, except that creepy incident.

This is one of the best places to stay while in Gatlinburg. It is always clean very close to everything and the swimming pool is always clean as well. Service is always excellent. Well always try this place 1st when going to Gatlinburg

Location is great, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.. My only problem was parking.. I reserved a premier room so I could park in front of my room, however, I couldn't park in front of my premier room when arrived, due to no spaces available. We arrived late so I assumed that all spaces were full with hotel guest in premier rooms. The next day, after arriving back at the hotel, from sight seeing, all spaces were full again. When I asked about the issue, I was told the hotel allows people not staying at the hotel to park and leave the property to go to restaurants nearby, and that I could park by the log cabin at the end of the property.. Not Cool!! I paid for a premier so I could park in front of my room. I shouldn't be charged for a premier room that I can't park in front of. We were there from Friday to Tuesday and was able to park in front of our room for a half of one day.. If they are going to charge a higher price for a room to park in front of, you should be able to park in front of it.... Not allow people not staying at the hotel to park in those spaces and then leave the property.

I was worried but I am glad I gave them a chance. Some of the reviews had me scared but my experience was great. First and most important to the person who said the place had bedbugs I looked trying to find one and I never did see any. The linen was so clean I honestly think it was new, the sheets and the towels. Mirrors had no streaks or spots on any of them. The shower had no water stains or spots. The fridge looked like it had never been used. It was so clean. I have never been able to sleep on a new bed without waking up to the worse back pain and for the first time ever the pain was less than as if I was at home in my own bed. Pleasantly surprised! I also seen some complaints about the breakfast so let me tell you….awesome! There was quite a selection to choose between biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt an assortment of juices, muffins and they kept it stocked clean and great! When I go back my next visit I will be looking to stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience.

I have stayed here at least 8 times in total. I've always felt appreciated and valued. The last two stays not at all like previous stays. The guy was rude. This time the lady put me in an undesirable room in a corner with no view of the river. I choose here to sit out on the back to enjoy it. This relaxes me after the long drive of 700+ miles. A hot shower and listening to the quiet natural surroundings. This time after putting my luggage in side I took the cart back. Open the door and saw nothing but bushes and to my left cars from other businesses I went back requested one of my other previous ones as the windows were open and they were vacant. She flat out said no. I cant help it. That's your room Period. Walked away. Then the guest above and their noise , running in and out screaming. Next the racoon knocked all night. No sleeping. Just asked as I went outside they laughed at me and got louder. Horrible. As schools r letting out. Probably be worse. So I'll probably choose different until they return to their earlier behavior

The Hotel is old and very few improvements. Just one hook up for charging phone and it's at desk light. Which is not even close to were your bed is. The so called carpet is older than me I believe. Bathroom sink does not have a working sink stopper cause the sink faucet is not made to have one. Pictures I learned can be adjusted. The elevator used to get to ground floor shook Everytime you use it I would not adverse staying HERE for the the money is not worth it The location is not worth the money They have made money off the property and not put money back in property I bet the room fire smoke detector guess it is a dual type hasn't never been replaced Micro Hotels I thought had better standards I spent right at 30 years as a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR so I do when things could be better !!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband was bitten by something during the night, so we are now going to have to take a trip to the ER because it is not getting any better.. Also, the pool area was closed but this was not advertised on the website.

Am average hotel at a location with a lot of traffic. Pool is cold, so don't expect a good swimming experience. The slide is functional though. Overall a good place to stay.
