3-Star Hotels in Recife

The apartment is exactly as described in the advertisement! I was clean and well organized! It has a beautiful view of the city, new furniture, equipped with all the food preparation tools, organized building, silent, quiet location, gentle staff, easy location and check in easy! The only point is about bed linen, which, thinking of well-organised and excellent quality, I felt missing a soft coating type coating or edredom to use during the night, to become more comfortable, however, the lack of this item does not disqualify the space in anything! Even I was very well attended by the property staff when I asked the cover! I recommend the Haus Smart Living Recife and in my next trip to Recife I will host again with them!

I stayed only 01 night for the connection. Well located for what I needed ( near the airport), I had no time to drink coffee, small and simple room. Good service. For my need, all right.

The hotel has a nice structure, however, I was given a room accessed by stairs. The elevator didn't reach my floor, which was the sixth. I got off on the fifth and went up two flights of stairs. Without luggage, it wasn't a problem. But getting in and out was a real inconvenience. The receptionist who greeted me barely looked at me and the room smelled musty. I expected more given the name and size of the hotel.

Um bom hotel, bem localizado, perto da praia de Boa Viagem de cafeterias e restaurantes. No próprio hotel posso um restaurante independente. Com relação à comodidades, não foi fornecido toalhas de rosto. Segundo o funcionário da recepção, houve falha na entrega da lavanderia. A manutenção do banheiro está deixando a desejar. O espelho está ficando enferrujado, o que depõe contra o nível do hotel. A camareira não retirou o lixo do banheiro. Estacionando com manobrista, (valor a parte) o que é importante pelo local difícil de estacionar na rua. Funcionários atenciosos e excelente café da manhã.

The room is excellent, new is very clean. Good bathroom! It's all very well. A pleasant breakfast. He met expectations.

Equipe gentil, tive problemas no quarto mas logo corrigiram. No meu quarto não tinha ferro de passar, secador de cabelo, nem cobertas. A cama, lençóis, sofá, mesa, iluminação e tv, excelentes. No banheiro tinha mofo, porta quebrada mas um bom chuveiro e espelho. Tomadas descoladas. No quarto ao lado um cheiro horrível de maconha dos hóspedes que entrava para o quarto.

I stayed here for the rest of the night after my 3am flight arrival in REC, almost as close as an airport hotel but much nicer! 24h check-in, very nice breakfast buffet 6-10 am (included in room rate), and a wonderful sea view (sun rise!) were perfect. Room, bathroom were very good value for money.

The hotel is a very old but comfortable and excellent location. Two negative points The bathroom waste is swinging, it must be opened by the hand, or it is without a cap or on the pedal, I soon took the cap not by the hand. The guests smoke at the hotel's entrance door, bothering others and no officials do anything, nor ask them to move away.

The hotel is well located in the neighborhood and has paid parking. The breakfast is adequate for some, but the cleaning is lacking. It is only cleaned as far as the eye can see. Behind the beds you can see the real thing, including trash and remains from previous guests. Another addendum is the comfort of the room. If you plan on staying in the room part of the time during your trip, forget it. The TV only has 2 channels, no subtitles for the hearing impaired, and it is not a smart TV, which must be out of this world for this hotel.

The staff are great and well educated. But the hotel's infrastructure is too bad... The old air conditioner will not cool the suitable room and will make a lot of noise, the towels are very yellow, very old...and they will not wipe the right person, the last thing is that they wrote the name of the hotel on the page Feet (someone will take the towel RS)...the room also smells bad...the pillows are made of plastic pillowcases...the breakfast is not satisfactory yet, there is no choice. I have stayed in other units of the National Hotel and only need one. I am here also watching other people have the same experience as me, by the way the hotel has not improved...
