MMauveMHad a wonderful stay here at Forest Inn, Hainan University! My cousin is starting university nearby and we came to drop her off. Since we had stayed in the downtown before, we wanted to find a place close to campus to experience. This hotel is the best option! It’s right within the campus entrance and easy to navigate to. The front desk concierge’s were very friendly and kind - two of them even took us around on the tour bus to familiarize us with the campus and surrounding area. They even went out of their way and offered to help us unload luggage. Since there was no parking space on move-in day, having the option to drop off saved us a lot of hassle. In addition to campus, the hotel is also located close to a botanical garden, about 15 minutes to the downtown area, and close to shops, stores, etc.
Some suggestions:
- Wish the pool was accessible as advertised on Trip but it’s now only a kiddie pool.
- For longer stays, room amenities should be replenished daily based on number of guests.
- I received a rather expensive delivery during my stay and asked the courier to leave it with the front desk as I was out during that time. There was someone at the front desk with a poor attitude who denied that any deliveries arrived and suggested it had been delivered to another location. Luckily, another staff member helped me check and found my delivery. I suggest besides giving guests misleading information, to ensure it’s accurate first.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and clean. There are two bathrooms and the wet and dry areas are separated very well. The boss is very careful. The weather is so hot. The air conditioner in the living room is turned on in advance. It makes us feel a little cool and comfortable as soon as we enter. The room supplies are also very easy to use. The design is also very reasonable. Although the hotel is in a residential area, it is very close to the parking space at the door. There is a special call fast charging station nearby. It is very friendly to the tram self-driving.

GGuest Userthis was an amazing island for relaxation. many north easterners come here over the winter period, hence a lot of north east cuisine available even till late night. sea views are also great as our block was nearest to the shoreline. toilet is slightly small but is ok. the island shuttle bus does not arrive, best to pay the locals for a quick shuttle.

GGuest UserThe Vienna Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The hotel service was also exceptionally attentive; the staff always greeted us with a smile, making us feel truly warm and welcome.

GGuest UserThis hotel left a deep impression on me. The rooms are clean and tidy, the front desk staff Xiaolan is warm and thoughtful, and the location is very convenient. It is an ideal choice for business trips and tourism. The hotel has free parking spaces which is very convenient and nice.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and there were no cockroaches in the basement (this is a foreigner's obsession, I am really afraid of cockroaches, and I would be uneasy if there were cockroaches in the underground parking lot). MMengguyigebaoOriginally booked a house on Island 2, but Miss Sister said that the house on Island 3 is bigger, sea view room, the car stops at the door without parking the parking lot, there are few people here and quiet. We only have 4 people, 4 big bed rooms, and some of them are out of Ji 😂. We don’t want to go out and order takeaways from Island 1. We also bought seafood outside and cooked it ourselves. If the weather is not so dry, everything will be perfect! ☀️☀️☀️

The hotel is very clean, the front desk is very good, the attitude is amiable and efficient, and it is awesome. Stayed for three nights, the room was very clean, and we lived in peace of mind. Overall, this hotel is very standardized, Zhangzhou prices are not high, the price is OK, this hotel can come to live often in the future, it is a place where children are not deceived, great!

AAnonymous UserNow that it is off-season, the boss decisively upgraded our room type, which is very spacious. The B&B is located in the villa area of Island No. 3. The surrounding environment is good, parking is available downstairs, and transportation is convenient. It takes only 10 minutes to drive to Island No. 1 for food, drink and entertainment. There are comprehensive businesses. The hygiene details are very good, the housekeeper will answer any questions you have, and the surrounding travel guide is introduced in detail. The indoor facilities are complete. It's quite hot now, so the room is well stocked with mineral water. The boss also recommended the nearby Longgang Beach to see the shipwreck and the Hainan branch of the USS Brunei. Compared with surrounding hotels, the service and hygiene quality of this hotel are absolutely cost-effective and not a pitfall. Highly recommended
