The room is equipped with all smart appliances, and it's clean, tidy, and spacious. There's a large floor-to-ceiling window with a great view outside. If you have time, you can sit by the window, drink tea, and read a book – it's incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.
The owner is very welcoming. You can also eat at the guesthouse; they grow their own vegetables and raise their own chickens, making for healthy and delicious meals! There's a river next to the guesthouse with crystal-clear, shallow water, so it's safe for children to play in. The guesthouse also provides paddleboards, bamboo rafts, and other amenities.

We are European tourists traveling to visit Mount Fanjing and decided to stay in the nearby village of Zhaisha. We booked this B&B which is just as beautiful as the pictures, and the rooms are well-equipped with comfortable mattresses. Guests can also take advantage of a free laundry service, which I recommend for stays of at least two days because clothes are dried outdoors and it can be humid. The owner is very kind and passionate about his work. He prepared delicious fruit for us every day and he even proposed driving us to the Mount Fanjing gate, which is a couple of kilometers away. He recommended many activities, restaurants, and a local evening festival, which was a unique local experience.
To get to the Zhaisha village we booked a Didi taxi from Tongren, which takes about an hour. Alternatively, the owner can arrange a private transfer or offer advice on public transport.

I have stayed in so many homestays recently. This is a treasure level. The room price is not high but the inside is very large and clean. The environment is very good and quiet. The room is full of good things. The mattress pillows are very comfortable. More importantly, the boss is very good. You can say that. The most beautiful scenery of this trip to Fanjing Mountain is the innkeeper (see picture). It can be said that it is responsive and considerate to the guests everywhere, so I continued to live decisively. The only regret is that I can score 5 points. I really want to score 10 points.

I very seldom give negative reviews. I think this is my worse hotel experience in Guizhou.
Pros: room is of decent size.
Elevator and many restaurants near the hotel.
Cons: room was not thoroughly cleaned, there were dead mosquitoes on the curtain and also on the pillow.
The room stinks, with cigarette smell.
The heating system takes a while to function properly
At night, I heard noises thinking it was from outside, only to find out it came from the bathroom. Maybe another guest was taking a shower, and since the pipes were not insulated properly, I could hear water draining.
Woke up in the middle of the night due to insect bites. Darn annoying.
Needless to say, I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone

Franziska KlaiberI am so happy with my choice and I can 100% recommend this beautiful guesthouse!!!
The garden setting is beautiful, the lobby/restaurant are is really nice and inviting and the room was very modern, yet traditional at the same time. Everything seemed new and very well maintained and managed professionally. I found it very good value. The staff /owner was very helpful and patiently translated everything for me. Anyway I can only say that the service was outstanding and the stay exceeded my expectations!!!
I can warmly recommend this beautiful guesthouse and I think anyone would really love it.
I had the room with the bathtub but next time I would chose the one with the view of the drum tower.
Thank you so much for a lovely stay!!!!!

RuguowoshiyuesefenOur stay at Longting Courtyard was truly the biggest highlight of our Fanjingshan trip! We stayed in the Mu Xun Suite, and the room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable mattress and excellent amenities. It was quiet and cozy for a good night's sleep!
❤️ What deserves the most praise are the owners. The husband and wife are incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely kind. Even before we arrived, they actively helped us secure Fanjingshan entrance tickets and shared a detailed guide for climbing the mountain, explaining what to watch out for and how to plan our route. They also provided shuttle service, saving us a lot of hassle with transportation. They patiently answered any questions we had along the way, always genuine and approachable, and replied to WeChat messages instantly. Since the guesthouse is located right inside the scenic area, we were among the first group to go up the mountain and captured some truly stunning photos! Our entire experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Fanjingshan; I'll definitely stay here again next time!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised on my first trip here. I booked such a wonderful guesthouse right away. The owner was kind and friendly, and even helped me with my luggage. The courtyard layout was exactly what I wanted, and the cleanliness was also excellent. I would definitely come back again. It was a very satisfying experience!

It's the off-season now, and the owner's business is actually doing quite well; several other shops around here are completely empty.
It's about a five-minute walk to the East Gate, and there are convenience stores, restaurants, hot pot restaurants, and pharmacies nearby. The Guizhou cuisine restaurant across the street isn't very good. This morning I had breakfast at the place the owner recommended—a bowl of hot beef noodles was very comforting.
Luggage can be stored, there's an elevator, and the room faces the street, but it's the off-season and there are very few people, so it's not noisy.

Location is mins walk to fanjingshan ticket ctr and entrance.
The bed is uncomfortable, cos I could feel the uneven part .
Otherwise, it is a pleasant stay and Ah Kwang is very helpful.
They also helped me to send my charger and updated me .
At times there is no one at the counter but they respond fast via wechat.
Don't eat at the breakfast shop next to it and street stall along the alley towards fanjingshan entrance. They will sell you food that's not fresh and oil that's rancid... horrible..

The hillside guesthouse felt like a warm welcome home after a long, tiring day at work. Even before arriving, the owner contacted me to remind me to buy tickets, offering plenty of advice and hiking tips, along with transportation information. There was no need to plan anything here; everything was taken care of – food, accommodation, transportation, and entertainment. Upon arrival, the housekeeper warmly helped with our luggage, and the owner greeted us enthusiastically, like old friends even though we'd never met before. After check-in, we were immediately offered sparkling water, iced coffee, and welcome fruit. The air conditioning was already on, and the room was clean and hygienic, with a small courtyard for easy access. Breakfast wasn't as lavish as a hotel meal, but it was delicious: minced meat rice noodles, fried eggs, steamed corn bread, steamed corn, and millet cakes – the taste was unlike anything you'd find in a pre-made meal. They even packed up the leftovers for us to take hiking. After breakfast, the owner drove us to the scenic area in his Porsche. The scenic area was only 1 kilometer from the guesthouse, but he insisted on driving us there, saying parking would be inconvenient late at night. He also offered to pick us up on the way back, but we took a taxi – very convenient indeed. What surprised me most when we returned to the guesthouse after our hike was the foot bath tub they had provided. We sat in the pavilion, sipping tea and soaking our feet – it was incredibly relaxing. I'll definitely come back and recommend it to my friends. Goodbye!
